It owns 100% interest in the L3 Lithium Project in Nova Scotia; and the Acadia Lithium Project covering 372 square kilometers in the Brazil Lake. The company was formerly known as Cross River Ventures Corp. and changed its name to Scotia Metals Corp. in July 2026. Scotia Metals Corp. was incorporated in 2017 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
