$CSQR If people knew how poorly this company operates, they’d think twice before buying a single share. And before anyone says I’m just a short; I don’t own the stock, and I never will.
My company leases data center space there, and the buildout was the worst I’ve seen. It was over six months late, even after the CEO got involved.
Communication was poor, execution worse, and it often felt like nobody knew what they were doing. They expected us to start paying rent on the original delivery date for space that wasn’t usable. That was an immediate no. We’re waiting until our contract expires so we can leave.
For comparison, we also lease space with QTS, Equinix, and a couple of others. Every one has been far better to work with.
For context, I work in data center design, planning, and strategy, so I’ve worked closely with these providers through design and deployment.
