Dip adding $CSCI and will overnight into Monday. I liked todays $MODV move from 0.75 to 1.40’s almost a 100% move… Bk or delist… to me sounds pretty as a similar play… but the thing in common is the use of the word “voluntary”. Let’s see if $CSCI gives me a $MODV move

$CSCI 3, top overniter! they will voluntarily delist from nasdaq, will stay listed in canada. float is just 3.15 mln, mc 9.5 mln, 7.9 mln cash. chart looks totally oversold, people probably got scared when they announced the planned delisting which will be around 5 th september. this gives enough for a delisting spike and the risk seems low due to the good cash and since it s not a normal, a forced delisting. $MODV, made my day!

$CSCI Cosciens Biopharma announces receipt of Goodwood intended director nominations Cosciens Biopharma confirmed that its board of directors has received a letter from Goodwood Fund and Puccetti Funds Management regarding six director nominations for the company's upcoming annual and special meeting of shareholders. "We respectfully acknowledge receipt of the statement regarding the intentions from Goodwood and are carefully reviewing its contents," said Ronnie Miller, Chair of the Board of Cosciens Biopharma. "With this in hand, the Board will evaluate and determine its path forward and remains fully committed to acting in the best interests of Cosciens and our shareholders." The company will continue to provide updates to shareholders related to this matter, it added.
