$CRLBF So, if the DEA is now involved, we are back to a process that we know is both incoherent and rigged. The DOJ itself is ON THE RECORD saying the DEA's ALJ system is unconstitutional. The stock is down because this pathway, involving the DEA for rulemaking, which will be followed by another go around of Hearings, is not only corrupt, but it is unbelievably time consuming. There's no way this shit gets done in 2026. It'll take DEA three more months to file the order. Then three months to set a date for the hearing. Then weeks to hold a hearing. Then months to decide how to rule on the hearing. Then lawsuits will follow. Months until we hear from a judge who HOPEFULLY refuses to grant SAM and other Reefer Mandness nutters injunctive relief. So, yeah, this is happening, but it is NOT happening on Trump's timeline. It is now back to GLACIAL MODE.
