$CRLBF What are the odds that S3 regulatory reform is actually priced into these stocks? Medical was approved months ago. The cannabis companies focusing on that market have all declined. We've seen some uplisting. Those stocks have declined. Many companies, CRLBF among them, are already taking the 280E deduction and show improved cash flow and healing balance sheets. Those stocks have still declined.
Maybe hemp is the real catalyst. The hemp players gamed the market and played a big role in MSO revenue collapse since 2022. I'm in favor of the new regulation: Hemp above .4% THC is treated like scheduled cannabis under the law. This is NOT a ban on hemp. It puts hemp back in its place and removes the free-for-all going on in gas stations and such.
Descheduling is the real answer, of course, but that is a pipe dream, as it were.
