$CRLBF And for the record, kids buying unvetted "hemp" products to get high is a disaster. Every company that tried to take advantage of this illicit market DESERVES to go out of business. I have zero sympathy for them. They have made the path to legitimate legalization harder. And I hope they rot in hell for that.

$MSOS $GTBIF $TCNNF $CURLF $CRLBF Buy the dip. Looks like manipulation using old news from the Biden era. A selloff a day after competition wiped out for $MSOS constituents is strange. Total addressable market just doubled. None of this makes sense. Buy fundamentals, cashflows, SAAS margins. All the real news this week was not only positive but enormously bullish. GLTA

$CRLBF This is retarded. Cresco doesn't have any hemp exposure. Although the Illinois state cannabis sales decline sure isn't helping: https://www.newcannabisventures.com/illinois-cannabis-data-change-suggests-much-lower-sales/ It's almost like the federal government and state governments are TRYING to kill this industry.

$CRLBF $GTII.TSX $MSOS Yesterday’s government funding bill (signed into law) slams shut the “THC loophole” from the 2018 Farm Bill, banning most unregulated hemp-derived intoxicating products like delta-8 THC. These cheap, gray-market knockoffs flooded shelves with zero testing, age gates, or taxes—cannibalizing sales from licensed ops. Why bullish for legal cannabis producers/sellers in med/rec states? • Levels the field: No more undercutting by untaxed, untested hemp rivals; legal weed regains pricing power and shelf space. • Market share surge: States like CA, CO, NY see billions in redirected revenue—est. $30B hemp market shrinks, funneling demand to compliant growers/dispensaries. • Long-term tailwind: 1-year phase-out gives time to scale; boosts investor confidence in a $50B+ regulated industry. -grok

$MSOS $GTBIF $TCNNF $CURLF $CRLBF Buy the dip. MSOS constituents are selling products consumers want. As others opined, GTBIF/RYM +98% sequential rev growth during a period marked by lowest consumer confidence on record is remarkable. Rea that paragraph a few times to understand the dramatic nature of the mispricing. Particularly $GTBIF and $TCNNF. GLTA Don't chase price. Chase value and the price takes care of itself.

$CRLBF CRLBF was $0.85 cents in 2015 and fast forward a decade later it is a mere $1 for a grand total of 17% gains over the past 10 years. What an industry :)

$SNDL $CGC $CRLBF $HITI we need to really push Congress. Rescheduling to Schedule III is the biggest expected catalyst, it will also ease punitive 280E tax burden, improve access to banking services, and open the door for institutional investment in the US market, which would significantly boost US Multi-State Operators (MSOs) Also, the Hemp Ban, Delta8 restriction will definitely boost market stake for licensed operations and reduce competition. It doesnt take effect immediately but as mentioned before, i feel like a huge wave of acquisitions is about to happen again and licensed ops will buy out tons retail and equipment.

$GTBIF $CRLBF $TCNNF $CURLF This is A Good Thing - It also bars cannabinoids that are produced synthetically or cannot occur naturally in the plant. ___ Smart thing would be to then move everything to natural Cannabis THC = will DJT do it? - Critics argue it will wipe out a multibillion-dollar industry and force hundreds of thousands of workers and small businesses into sudden uncertainty.
