$COWI I looked at the BLSA site and some of the comments were exactly like COWI’s site. Engaging an attorney to “do the talking for the shareholders” is interesting. Of course COWI / Lloyd would actually need to have some value either through patents or other assets. Lloyd does seem to have a deceptive history but if there is actually a relationship with the Saudi’s and was actually in the process of applying for a patent it could have significant value allowing the shareholders to attract a Law Firm on a contingent basis. Does anyone know who the Saudi investor is? That would be a large enough influence to muster widespread support.

$COWI I originally invested in COWI because I like the premise of where the company was going on reducing the carbon in the landfill and turning it into usable materials like pavers. I think the SEC should allow stockholders to take over a company when the CEO runs it into the ground our even abandons the company and it’s stockholders without consequences or obligation. It’s actually a shame to let a company with material benefit to the environment simply dissolve when the shareholders would votes for a restructuring.
