$CNTY looked like good buy until you realize they lose money but don’t own their own real estate, all owned and leased from Vici 😑 so whats intrinsic value here with
$1B in debt? Was hoping to base some asset value of
$1.50 but looks like they have none other than operations which lose money and are racking up more debt.
