$CIRC $ATLN Circle8’s Government Contract History and Cancellations There is no publicly available evidence in the provided sources that Circle8 has a documented history of being cancelled from government contracts. The available information focuses on recent large-scale public sector awards, such as a $52 million four-year ICT staffing framework with the Dutch Vehicle Authority (RDW) and a $380 million public sector contract in Europe Markets Insider. These announcements highlight Circle8’s ability to win and maintain significant government assignments, not that they have been terminated. Government contract data is tracked through systems like USAspending.gov and SAM.gov, which record award and termination events. However, the provided results do not include any termination records for Circle8 or its subsidiaries. This is information that ia available via internet.

$CIRC If you pull your head out they are in debt big time. yea they had rev over 240m last qtr but still had a loss per share of .44. Also contract extensions do not, I repeat, DO NOT, cut into their debt. It only keeps the status quo which means they lose .44/ share. New contracts only save this providing they don't lose any existing ones.

$CIRC it’s funny how retail buys into those contract news clearly not getting that government contracts are “up to certain amount” and also cancelable. In addition, CIRC needs money to service these contracts and their revolving line is almost a the limit. They are also almost out of liquid cash and soon won’t be able to service any liabilities. Restructuring, bankruptcy or miracle can only save the company. Now looking good

$CIRC $ATLN Even if you go by fair market value by analysts it is $6 which is a little bit higher than 9 times current price. Factor in and extrapolate $249.9 million from 1Q assuming no additional contracts extensions or growth of any kind total 1.2b for the year in revenue. Not adding the $620 million in recent contracts and extensions which will add to current numbers. This is bargain bin discount territory. We have seen companies with far less revenue and more debt have SP that is way higher than it should be. Do your own DD. For me buy and hold. We still have a few weeks till earnings.

$CIRC $ATLN The volatility goes both ways. When this thing catches fire with an uptrend it will be fun and very fast. There is going to be a lot of I got out to early, or I waited too long to get in. Thats why I hold. Take emotion out of it and let the chips fall where they may. Fact remains very strong revenue coming in. $640 million dollars in contracts and extensions over the last month. There is debt as with any company we will hopefully find out structure of it and plan to pay it down significantly on the 2Q call on 8/13/26.
