Notice a few of them are near year lows somehow. I did not include the majority I found because they’re mostly at year highs. $CHCI - not directly but has a foot in the game along with properties in DC. $SKY - modular builder $CVCO - modular builder near year high $BLDR - same and just had a bad price reaction to ER but big recovery potential 👀 calls totally WW. Then there’s WY which is at a year low and is a lumber producer so partially exposed. And FAST which makes metal fasteners often used in modular homes.

The most neglected area of USA economy is the infrastructure ..thats about to change ... I was anticipating a change in the interest rate cycle about 6-9 months ago ... the stocks are grossly undervalued .... the percentage of holdings in this sector are growing slowly by the day ... The "KNOW IT ALLS" on twits ,discord and x spaces who monetize the expertise are now reacting to the news ..... The MMs want your shares and they will do whatever it takes ... it's a great time for them with their BS stories about the August / September correction looming .... what they dont want to tell you is that we are going to have a very strong 4th quarter with catalysts on the way ... mainly interest rate reductions ... Im buying regardless of their jackshit strategies ... for the remaining time before October Im firming up on the 2 sectors that are not that popular CONSTRUCTION AND ENEGY !! ..
