$CGCT New job posting (posted 5/27) at Stellantis for a Battery Managment Validation Engineer. My confirmation bias tells me this might be related to the Factorial road test, particularly the reference to "...the execution of robust validation campaigns..."

$CGCT The only thing that concerns me a bit is that the warrants are not participating so much on the upside. They are mispriced to the downside. Usually it's not a good sign but not necessarily fatal either. They have time to adjust.

$CGCT It's a huge bullish sign that the stock is up like this pre merger. This is probably going to run big time after the merger.

$CGCT I am going to sit on the sidelines for the next couple of weeks here until the dust settles with the transaction. I believe in the Factorial team but am thinking like with most SPACs things will dip before they accelerate

$CGCT Huang says the company has boosted FEST yields from 10 percent to 85 percent—a critical factor in reducing scrap, controlling costs, and proving commercial viability. “For a pilot line like that, even for the traditional industry, 70 to 80 percent yield is pretty good,” Huang says. “We were able to achieve 85 percent, which is state of the art for established cell makers, not to mention solid state.” The company, which has a second pilot line in Massachusetts, is aiming for annual manufacturing capacity at the Korean line of about 500,000 cells, or 200 megawatt-hours.

$CGCT waiting on the demonstration fleet in 2026. Could happen anytime: “Stellantis will advance its previously announced plan to integrate Factorial’s solid-state batteries into a demonstration fleet by 2026. This demonstration fleet represents the next step toward commercializing this promising technology, enabling further validation of Factorial’s solid-state batteries and assessment of performance in real-world driving conditions.”

$CGCT “Reaching this level of performance reflects the strengths of our collaboration with Factorial,” said Ned Curic, Stellantis Chief Engineering and Technology Officer. “This breakthrough puts us at the forefront of the solid-state revolution, but we are not stopping there. We continue working together to push the boundaries and deliver even more advanced solutions, bringing us closer to lighter, more efficient batteries that reduce costs for our customers.” Ned Curic, Stellantis Chief Engineering and Technology Officer https://www.stellantis.com/en/news/press-releases/2025/april/stellantis-and-factorial-energy-reach-key-milestone-in-solid-state-battery-development?utm_source=chatgpt.com&adobe_mc_ref=&adobe_mc_ref=

$CGCT January 2026, we received an investment from Philenergy. To strengthen our product leadership and enhance supply chain security, in September 2025, we entered into an MoU with Philenergy intended to accelerate the scale up of Factorial’s solid-state battery platform. Pursuant to the MoU, the companies are exploring integrating Philenergy’s world-class production infrastructure and proven supply chain with Factorial’s proprietary battery architecture. Philenergy’s advanced manufacturing capabilities, including automated laser notching, precision stacking systems, next-generation winding technology & intelligent assembly infrastructure, represent the forefront of advanced battery production engineering. Philenergy’s modular factory architecture delivers enhanced capital efficiency, deployment speed, and operational flexibility than traditional fixed-line approaches. For Factorial, this could mean reaching volume manufacturing faster while maintaining the rigorous process control
