As they keep paying down their debt this will be more valuable. Anything under $2-$3 is a steal. If you don’t understand preferred shares read up on what they are.

$CETX what is being missed is that they are starting to pay down their debt. The winner of this will be holders of $CETXP. That preferred share liquidation value is $10 and they pay an amazing 10% dividend in stock annually. It’s so freaking cheap now and I think a steal under $5 for a long term hold. I have had for several years and it’s amazing how the shares keep adding up every 6 months. If you believe in this company you need to buy this as it won’t have a reverse split and ultimately you will get that $10 per share exit.

$CETX Their buyback announcement last year isn't even for common stock. It's for $CETXP. Pretty much tells you what they think of commons 🧻🧻🧻. And they have all the voting rights. Don't even have to vote on reverse splits. They couldn't care less what happens to CETX. They're just using it dilute and line their pockets.
