Eight NASDAQ stocks with a reverse split on Monday. Expect trading to halt at 7:50pm ET tonight and resume at 9:00am ET Monday morning.

Part 1 of 2:
$APM 1 for 10. Will reduce outstanding Class A shares from approx 6.35m to approx 635k. The RS is being done in conjunction with its merger with DiamiR Biosciences Corp. Following the merger, the company will rename to
Niki BioSolutions and trade under the ticker
$NIKI. Post-merger outstanding shares is expected to be higher following the RS, due to the shares that will be issued to former DiamiR shareholders under the terms of the merger.
$BANL 1 for 13. Will reduce outstanding Class B shares from approx 14.33m to approx 1.10m.
$CCG 1 for 35. Will reduce outstanding Class A shares from approx 69.09m to approx 1.97m.
$CDT 1 for 10. Will reduce outstanding shares from approx 6.31m to approx 631k.
