Bullish Divergence Is Building
While the Technology sector has been under pressure from June through July, market breadth is showing a different picture.
New 52-week lows are appearing, but they are not creating the kind of broad deterioration typically seen in major market breakdowns.
Last week and Friday actually saw more new 52-week highs than new lows across several key areas.

Price weakness does not always mean trend failure.
