$BRQL sure hope anyone thinking about investing in the company heeds the multiple warnings. Regardless if management conned past investors at ALPP or they were the shittiest business executives, they lost millions of investors moneys for their own gains. Only to be able to do it all over again.

$BRQL before you invest here please do your research on Alpine 4 history! This is basically the same company, same people running it that failed at running a company that raised 70+ million in capital raises and 100 million in revs. But couldn’t put out timely financials due to audit companies not signing off

$BRQL simple search shows the post below is incorrect: "ENSCO and Vayu Aerospace Corporation, a subsidiary of Alpine 4 Holdings, have a drone sales agreement for Vayu's US-1 drone. This agreement was announced in March 2022." After that Alpine completely lost access to capital so they could have gotten drone orders but were unable to fill due to a lack of funds. We don't know. As far as the new company here, they only formed a few months ago and haven't even done the initial raise yet. Let's see what happens when they have capital to work with before determining success/failure.
