$BNXAF @DKoresh what amazing opportunity you are pointing to? possibility to director to buy for 10 cent instead of 10 dollar? crazy bad price proposed. these were not buyout proposals, these were proposals sell as cheap as possible, like 1cent proposal. IMO - it is good that proposals at this price were NOT executed. even licences and work time to get them worth much more. proposal was interesting only to fast money, not to long term, and now when proposals expired, i will think about position for long term and real value.

$BNXAF With all their listing hassle etc (price was literally just 10-20 cents not long ago)... Congrats to all those who bought it that low & held all the way to this buyout (wish I was one of them). 1.79 Canadian dollars per share if I got it correctly. Quite something.

$EXOD $BNXAF Exodus bought out Banxa, an excellent choice. The acquisition makes perfect sense. Exodus has responsible management, a strong cash position, carefully issued equity, and a sizable BTC treasury. This should set Exodus for tremendous success moving forward. Their current approximate offer for Banxa sits at $1.79 CAD per share (cash + stock), which is peanuts and powerfully strategic. Even if Exodus may need to sweeten their bid soon to $2-$3, it's okay because there's a lot of value to unlock with Banxa with monster revenues.

$BNXAF still crazy cheap, less than licences cost (evaluating cost itself and work hours and filled forms to get them approved), but at least a bit higher. i will repeat - VERY CHEAP (but higher than previous) proposal

$BNXAF You can view the public Banxa discussion board here: https://ceo.ca/BNXA The members in the discussion are part of the minority shareholders group. We are collectively going to vote "No" to the $1 buy out offer. Many believe that $2+ per share should be the starting point.

$BNXAF btw - i would propose for public traded companies to introduce a ruling or at least to include this rule into articles of company stating to get FIRST (prior to) at least 75% shareholders (and at least 75% of minority shareholders) approval by voting prior to giving CEO or board right to sign merger and buyout proposals, especially with fines in case of terminating them. because now agreement is signed first, fine already present - and shareholders must face loss or agree for buyout with another possible loss of value. of course - this is the question for shareholders rights advocacy groups to do. i doubt if this is under real realization by small shareholders, this should be done by real influenced advocacy groups. BUT - many of these are not interested to introduce such rules, better for them is to go to court to sue for profit. but this would be very good condition to include into articles of company.
