$BLFR On another Board it was indicated that a new accounting firm was appointed to complete the financials/auditing for several quarters so they can make the stock tradable again. This information came straight from their investors relations. How this will align with the court case (if at all) I have no idea but obviously we are moving forward. if the war in Iran is not resolved in the next few months it should show a substantial spike in their earnings due to the high oil/gas prices etc. Something to look forward to.

$BLFR The present rise in oil and gas prices because of the war may be to our advantage, I would think. However, it all depends on the outcome of the court case. Let's be positive!!

$BLFR Besides waiting for the court ruling are there any other activities the company is actively involved in? I think there was reference to other ongoing activities/projects but all pretty vague and nothing on paper one can follow up on. Having other irons in the fire would be nice and giving us a kick-start. anyone knows of something? (I am aware of two operations that are on-going, but any others?)

$BLFR So May-June-July timeframe probably, depends on how long this case get drawn out. I doubt anything will change here until the pending court case is adjudicated. Just a theory here: With the type of case this is and the dynamics of it, the unwinding of the Screaming Eagle merger, which includes share packages to upper mgmt and others that are also in dispute…It seems that *maybe* they let this go EM on purpose so that defendants couldn’t, either dump their shares, or negatively impact the stock. It was the only way to preserve things, if you will. It sucks for us but I do think after the case is handled, which sounds like it’s very favorable to BLFR, we get back on track. We will then have a badass share count and low float. We will then need 2 things: we need updated financials so we can get current, and simultaneously, we need catalytic updates and news. I could be way off base here, just a theory. Either way, we sit and wait.

$BLFR It is a clear cut case of fraud....BLFR should have no problem winning. But it still does not change the fact they keep bringing up "filings" and "in the coming weeks" and "early 2026"....they should just level with us and be completely transparent with what EXACTLY they are, have been and going to do. We all tried getting answers to no avail. All that really matters I guess is that they do eventually get off Expert Market and it goes ballistic with some heavy price moving catalysts. The saga continues. Wait it is my freinds. And wait I can...even if we couldnt or didnt want to...we have NO CHOICE. As long as it goes boom in the looooonnnnnggggg run...so be it. Profit is the name of the game and waiting is part of it.

$BLFR So it turned-out to be Screaming Eagles and not Borders that caused all the problems/delays. SE used bogus production figures etc. Big court case ongoing and we will have to wait until 5/14/26 for a ruling. Someone mentioned SC wanted more than 50cents a share So, we are not out of the woods yet!

$BLFR Some seem to think the real reason for the late/non-filing is the on-going court case about the share allocation dispute, with Borders I take. If so, why don't they tell us that and keep mentioning the auditors/accountants etc.? I guess if so, we may not see anything for a long time, years in some cases. Anybody can shed more light on this?

$BLFR Don't get me wrong...I DO think they will come back eventually and I hope bigger and better than ever for all our sakes. I really do. Im just not holding my breathe. One thing I can say for certain is...with each claim they do not back up and the longer they take...THEY ARE SETTING THEMSELVES UP PERFECTLY FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT based on "misleading business practices" and such. But yes...I do think 2026 will reignite the BLFR flame. Hopefully, as we all hope...bigger and better and buttery smooth.

$BLFR "UPDATE — December 19, 2025: Progress continues on amended financial reporting, with further updates expected in early 2026".................. Its something. We still own our shares. They have not thrown in the towel completely. I was expecting something in November but have commented about January as well. We have all had to involuntarily hold LONG and wait against our will. So early 2026 it is. Ho-hum. "In the coming weeks" rephrase. I mean if it comes back WONDERFUL. If it does not, no one will be surprised.

$BLFR oil & gas production update: October 2025 hits 1,557 BBL oil & 9,979 MCF gas – a strong month, higher than Sept's 1,162 BBL/9,899 MCF. Average ~21 BBL/day oil, ~262 MCF/day gas YTD. About the court case , If they've fixed it quietly, that could be great news – explaining why no updates yet. Stay positive, keep faith!

$BLFR Are there any hopefuls left who think this is still an operating company? If so, I would like to hear the wisdom behind it because my deadline of end December is basically gone and still nothing. Surely, we have to accept that this company, if it ever was one, is no more. Like to know what others have to say.....

$BLFR In my guts it feels that the closer we get till the end of the year the deader than dead this stock feels.....lol. I was hoping for some rumor of the dead has risen again but nothing. I don't know why they couldn't have told us a year ago that the end is near,,,,,,,,
