$CBIA So, here's the real deal with this guy... Canopus Biopharma is a fake company created by Justin DeFour: https://finance.yahoo.com/news/canopus-biopharma-inc-dba-blue-110000067.html who is apparently a serial-scammer based out of Las Vegas: https://medium.com/@justindefour/about He previously controlled another "company", "BioLife Sciences" (
$BLFE) that is no longer around, but that he was doing the same high-volume pump/dump money-machine scam with. Basically, he owns a TON of this stock and trades enough of it to raise the price artificially, then sells it for a profit, and just keeps doing this over and over again. This apparently is legal, especially because the stock is trading at such a small price.
So, let's say you've got
$10MIL shares at .0002 each (just a
$2000 investment)... Just buying them at that volume would raise the price, up to say, .0005. Sell at that price, and you've just made
$3,000. Do that every couple weeks with a couple stocks and you see what he's doing.
His "real" job seems to be managing coffee vending machines.
