$BLFE yea so what @GuyDudeman said something is sketchy here. Fintel shows Mongo Innovation LLC filed 13G in September to get $CBIA 12% and then a month later 12% in BLFE he does own Mongo. But manipulating is not legal contrary to what you said Guy, in no way pink sheets or other wise it's illegal af, so if you got proof send it to me got more sec and finra and cboe connections than an octopus with 8 sticks can shake a stick at. https://whalewisdom.com/filing/mango-innovation-llc-sc-13g-2023-09-12-mysn

$CBIA So, here's the real deal with this guy... Canopus Biopharma is a fake company created by Justin DeFour: https://finance.yahoo.com/news/canopus-biopharma-inc-dba-blue-110000067.html who is apparently a serial-scammer based out of Las Vegas: https://medium.com/@justindefour/about He previously controlled another "company", "BioLife Sciences" ($BLFE) that is no longer around, but that he was doing the same high-volume pump/dump money-machine scam with. Basically, he owns a TON of this stock and trades enough of it to raise the price artificially, then sells it for a profit, and just keeps doing this over and over again. This apparently is legal, especially because the stock is trading at such a small price. So, let's say you've got $10MIL shares at .0002 each (just a $2000 investment)... Just buying them at that volume would raise the price, up to say, .0005. Sell at that price, and you've just made $3,000. Do that every couple weeks with a couple stocks and you see what he's doing. His "real" job seems to be managing coffee vending machines.

$BLFE - The company currently holds 398 K in liabilities. BioLife Sciences has a current ratio of 0.07, indicating that it has a negative working capital and may not be able to pay financial obligations when due. Debt can assist BioLife Sciences until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, BioLife Sciences' shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like BioLife Sciences sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for BioLife to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about BioLife Sciences' use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity. https://www.macroaxis.com/stock-analysis/BLFE/BioLife-Sciences #insidertrading #stocks #fintechnews
