$BKTPF FYI NEWS (sort of): @CruzBattMetals $CRUZ investors relations called me back.. very nice of them. went over quickly spin off. all getting done. As I have said before - these OTC spin offs especially from Canada take time. When they finalize it I may buy more of both.

$BKTPF Exciting new package of claims in the heart of Clayton Valley Brine Basin. This is great news.... Completely surrounded by the Pure Energy / SLB claims in the only producing brine basin in North America in the deepest parts of that basin. Unlike ALB, SLB works with other companies to advance their mutual interests so this is great news.

$BKTPF Appears to be a fraud case here. Desperate times, desperate measures for the CEO and company. I just can’t wrap my head around the private offering of 5 million shares 3 years ago. Employees were hornswoggled into buying shares at $.15 a pop. I get scamming strangers but people you know and look at throughout the week, Wow! There comes a time when ones ego becomes bigger than the company. RIP

$BKTPF OK just in case anyone cares, my broker called me yesterday (and no its not E.F. Hutton lol) and said: He spoke with IR in Canada and most of the Canadian holders got their shares and Keny is trading and Cruz too. Need to check those symbols up there The issue is with the CUSIP here and getting all the paperwork filed for KENY U.S. holders. It could take a while for that. I've had this before with Canada pot stocks and "a while" is being generous. LOL

$BKTPF Cruz is poised for some nice moves in 2025 based on the news today and the Solar drill program expected early this year. The maiden Resource Calculation on Solar will come after the next phase of drilling is complete and should have some decent numbers if the bordering projects are any indication. AIML's TLC and ABAT both border Solar. Even if SOLAR has 10% of the Lithium on the other two it is worth significantly more than the 3.4 cents we see today.
