Remember those companies that raised massive amounts of capital months ago at elevated valuations?
Feels like we’re getting closer to the phase where that cash actually gets deployed.
Not just sitting on balance sheets anymore but moving into acquisitions, consolidation, and vertical integration plays across the sector.
If that thesis plays out, the second half of the year could get very active on the M&A front.

Not saying everything gets acquired or re-rated, but in these cycles, the small caps usually move first when capital starts hunting for structure.
