Company Profile

The index is designed to measure the performance of a single bitcoin traded in USD and seeks to provide a proxy for the bitcoin market. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of the fund’s assets in, or provide exposure to, financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the daily target. The fund is non-diversified.

$BITU understand what you own! Leveraged ETFs have decay: In a volatile market, where prices fluctuate up and down throughout the day, the daily rebalancing can lead to "volatility decay". Even if the underlying asset ends the day with a small gain or no net change, the leveraged ETF can lose value coz of the compounding effect of price fluctuation. Long-Term Underperformance: While leveraged ETFs can magnify gains during periods of strong market trends, their performance tends to lag behind the underlying asset over longer periods, especially in volatile markets coz the daily rebalancing and compounding effects erode returns over time. Not Suitable for Buy-and-Hold: Leveraged ETFs are generally designed for short-term trading and are not recommended for long-term buy-and-hold strategies due to the risk of decay.
