The stock took a hit after a "ridiculous"
$15M auction for assets valued at
$194M, but the game isn't over.
The core of their defense is "Commercial Reasonableness":
they are fighting in court to prove the auction was illegitimate and conducted in bad faith.
If they manage to block the asset transfer or force a higher offer, we could see a massive jump from these levels.
The next few weeks are crucial as we wait for the first court rulings.
It’s a high-volatility play, but the legal upside is huge.
