"For full year 2025, we expect Net Operating Income to range from
$23.5 million to
$25.0 million, representing year-on-year growth of 7% at the midpoint on revenues of
$37.0 million to
$40.0 million. Additionally, we expect Adjusted EBITDA to range from
$16.5 million to
$18.0 million, representing year-on-year growth of 9% at the midpoint. Our guidance does not include any potential asset sales or acquisitions. Longer-term, we see significant upside potential for parking facilities and, specifically, our portfolio.
Our assets are in central business district locations where parking is increasingly limited, and parking options are a key consideration for several emerging trends, notably, the proliferation of autonomous vehicles, the increasing need for access to electric vehicle charging stations, and the growth in demand for fleet parking and related charging services," Mr. Chavez concluded.
