$BCAR I am new to SPACs, but what I have learned the hard way is that I should have waited for $10 to drop to $4-$6 range before buying. At this price though, it seems like a good buy, as assuming Goldman Sachs knows more than I do, and they are in for 1.8M shares at $10.12, roughly my current average, as long as I have patience, there should be a double at this price or maybe more.

👀 Anyone still watching $ALF / ALFUW? ⏳ ALF recently extended its SPAC deadline to June 2027, buying more time to find a target. Heavy redemptions left roughly $54M in trust. 🎮 The team is interesting: former Jagex leadership plus backgrounds in gaming, AI, tech, finance, and public markets. Worth a look: https://www.centurionacquisition.com/team 🤔 The question is simple: do they land a quality deal, or eventually liquidate? Strong backgrounds help, but nothing is guaranteed. 🎲 ALFUW has traded around $0.20. A good target could make the risk/reward interesting. A liquidation would likely send the warrants to $0. Curious what everyone thinks. Any realistic target ideas? 👇 $BRUN $BCAR $INFQ $XNDU

$BCAR ***You mean to tell me XLAB will only get 12 million out of this???..No wonder it just went from 10 to 4....I`m out...Following redemptions by BCAR shareholders in connection with the Meeting, there is approximately $12 million remaining in BCAR’s trust account, which amount, net of transaction expenses, will be available to PubCo at closing.

$BCAR shareholders approved the business combination with Exascale Labs at today’s EGM. Transaction expected to close shortly, subject to remaining conditions. Combined company expected to trade on Nasdaq as XLAB.X / $XLABW. ~ $12M remaining in trust post-redemptions (satisfies min cash condition). No additional financing currently anticipated prior to close. $BCAR Per Chat - The continued decline doesn't appear to be because of some newly discovered problem at Exascale. Instead, it's primarily because BCAR has transitioned from trading like a cash-backed SPAC to trading like a speculative post-merger AI company. Here's what's happening: The shareholder vote is tomorrow (July 29). If approved, the merger is expected to close shortly afterward and the company is expected to begin trading as XLAB. The SPAC trust protection is effectively disappearing. Before a de-SPAC transaction closes, many investors are willing to hold shares because the trust value provides downside support around $10. As the merger closes, that support disappears, and the market prices the business on its perceived future value instead. The market is treating Exascale as another high-growth AI infrastructure company. Unfortunately, that's exactly the area of the market that has been hit hardest. Even companies reporting good news have seen their valuations compressed

$BCAR cut most shares to buy dips elsewhere. The market isnt ideal for any spac run in the AI space currently. Was a good risk/reward idea that just couldn’t gain traction in the market conditions

$BCAR Great news from Exascale Labs We’ve entered into a three-year Compute Service Agreement with Dimension AI to secure ~$71.4M in dedicated GPU compute capacity. This expands our GPU-as-a-Service and token factory platform as AI demand remains strong.
