$BASA I’m guessing this company could not find funding yet?? They would have had to disclose that information I believe. They really fucked up with that frivolous lawsuit nonsense. 3 years and no monetary relief. This is why it’s important to select the right CEO to lead your multimillion dollar business.

$BASA basas been an amazing piggybank for me, buy at .03, sell at .05 - .06, rinse and repeat, just need more shares to work with in doing so. What they do with the business, eh, who knows, just keep cycling the shares.

$BASA There is no way I know of , to contact this company. I tried the phone number listed on their last 10Q, but it wasn’t in service. The website has been taken down, so no email available. This is driving me nuts. Has anyone had contact with this company or heard anything recently??

$BASA I have a feeling they are going to do a partnership of some kind with a renaming of the company and a stock RS of some kind. Where we would get say, 1 share for every 10 or 50 or 100 or 200 of the shares we currently hold. Some type of restructuring. And then hopefully a public offering and listing on a regular market. Either that or they have to give away millions more shares for the money they need to get to manufacturing again. I believe they can fully write off the entire cost of building the manufacturing facility in the U.S.A with Trump’s new tax rules. That’s a huge cost savings. Let’s hope they do something soon!!🙏🏻
