$BASA In July of 2026, Page 40 of 2025 Annual Report, has the current news on Basanite, all the other pages is literally OLD news and it says so in report of 2024 and 2025 : "NOTES TO THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEARS ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2025 AND 2024 NOTE 13 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On June 24, 2026 – the Company announced that it has executed a term sheet with Eastman Minerals and SAMCO, LLC - .....Being a processor , is so much further down the road, then a basic exploration company which is literally gambling ..much lower risk if any at all as a processor.. The rocket is just lifting off !..imho...$1 and....

$BASA For anyone who would like to read through their Annual Report that was submitted June26, 2026. It’s actually disturbing how much money these guys owe to various people, vendors and creditors. They are NOT a Shell Company according to this report. $BASA For those that do not know- Float 191,220,000 and Outstanding Shares 267,560,840 07/01/2026- This has all the makings of a stock that is coiling and going to rocket. It is tightly held and this deal looks very good as Eastern has the metals. Bullish

$BASA Brilliant use of the Shell, it did not take long. There is a lot this and reading between the lines. Looknat the Bios of at least two of the people thanked in the press release. Then remember these keywords currently hot in politics; rare earth minerals.and metals ,China, Africa then look at HQ for the partners, all a stones throw away from Washington DC. I am just laying out some facts. That all said , in light of this we could see this ,rocket like a space shuttle, THAT Is IMHO.

$BASA Big news! The annual report shows on page 40 that BASA is teaming up with Eastman Minerals, a major player in the Arabian Nubian Shield, one of the richest gold lithium, and rare earth mineral regions in East Africa. Been watching , I thought maybe energy etc but this is, as big or bigger, and The Goroya Cawl project puts BASA right at the front, reduces risk IMHO, profit from every ounce that goes through the plant. This partnership mixes Eastman’s huge mining network with BASA’s public market power. IMHO, BASA could become a new gold and minerals infrastructure play with serious "moonshot" upside. A move to $5 wouldn’t shock me.

$BASA BASA IMHO is going quickly to the 2021 highs and more. We could see $ 1 again soon. AI data centers and Tesla Power walls etc... guess what is great for those??? ..BasaFlex- It is the best solution for Power walls , battery enclosures, where moisture, heat cycling, and long maintenance intervals matter and where heated or high-load data-center structures, where concrete slabs, foundations, and underground utility vaults need durability. Now look at the Board Member , Adam Falkoff credentials in attachment. He has held senior leadership roles at Microsoft ( AI) and Amazon and has served in senior positions within the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate, and the Executive Branch. BULLISH
