$BABYF RFK Jr.’s Next Overhaul: America’s Baby Formula Guidelines Administration is expected to begin unveiling ‘Operation Stork Speed’ this spring but is unlikely to act on calls to remove seed oilsThere is little disagreement that a re-examination of federal nutrient requirements for infant formula is long overdue. Eric Gay/AP WASHINGTON—When Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. summoned infant-formula executives to Washington last spring, he arrived with a list of questions about seed oils, heavy metals and how U.S. formula stacks up against Europe’s. Kennedy’s concerns echoed those of parents aligned with the “Make America Healthy Again” movement as he prepared to launch “Operation Stork Speed,” the Trump administration’s sweeping review of U.S. formula ingredients.

$BABYF More baby formula products recalled over toxin fears Another recall notice has been issued in the UK for some baby formula products over potential contamination, with food safety experts asking parents to check batches they have at home. Food manufacturer Danone has recalled 14 more batches of Aptamil and Cow & Gate first infant and follow-on milks because a toxin called cereulide may make them unsafe for babies to drink. The toxin can cause vomiting and stomach cramps, and 36 children in the UK are already suspected to have been affected by food poisoning. The Food Standards Agency (FSA) says parents should check the batches listed on their website and stop using them. Several manufacturers, including Nestle and Danone, have issued recalls of infant formula that could be contaminated in more than 60 countries since December.

$BABYF Else Nutrition Plans Canadian Market Relaunch in 2026Else initially entered the Canadian market in mid-2022 through a local distribution partner. The launch gained rapid traction, with Canadian revenues surpassing CAD$1 million in 2023, supported by distribution across most major national retail chains. During Q4 2024 and the first half of 2025, Canadian revenues declined due to temporary out-of-stock conditions and reduced marketing investment. In July 2025, the distributor relationship was terminated and the Company decided to transition to a direct distribution model, that offers higher margins and better commercial control. As part of this strategy, Else initiated direct engagement with Canada's largest national retailer in Q3 2025. The Company has since been approved as a direct vendor, with product distribution expected to resume in stores in early 2026. In parallel, Else is advancing discussions to re-establish relationships with additional national,
