$AZRH Josh originally told us the audit was supposed to be done in januarary. Here it is end of March and he still won’t tell us anything about the audit, yet he continues to claim we are on target to uplist to NYSE by end of year. Cmon man give us something about the audit

$AZRH quit fucking talking about how we’re still on track to uplist to nyse by end of year blah blah blah when we have zero timeframe for audit completion. Did he ever even angsge Grassi for the sudit??? All we saw was a letter but that means nothing

$AZRH O/S increased about 7 million shares. No doubt Belisarian shares. If these transfer to DTC, this will drop below 10 cents.

$AZRH @ElectricJester54 You hear the news? It was good, but just doesn't have the spark it use to when we were on the climb to $2.66. Not sure if I'm just dull to any news at this point though. Kind of am more excited about $ENCC to be honest when it merges, hopefully it will be a good company already making money. What are your thoughts on both if you don't mind a minute of your time?

$AZRH even if good news comes our way the stock price won’t get very far before people take that opportunity to head for the exits and dump en mass because they’re so fucking sick of the playground drama Cohen has generated and can’t wait to get out with whatever profit they can manage. He really screwed this opportunity up for everyone NYSE is a laughable idea now. He didn’t even have the money to pay B.H. much less the 300k needed to pay for an audit with Grassi (was he out right lying about it all along?) which is why many longs were holding here. What a disaster this has turned out to be. I was once a believer. Now I’m just a wishful thinker in this ticker

$ENCC - Josh and Belisarian just settled on the amount. Maybe this will get the ball rolling and we start getting updates. $AZRH update on 3(a)10 lawsuit with Belisarian Holdings. The company successfully renegotiated the lawsuit to only include the company’s obligation to Belisarian Holdings in the current lawsuit, reducing the agreed upon sum to $243K vs $630K as the initial suit had indicated.
