$AVVH So just to share information and where we are in this period of unnecessary stagnation. You cannot initiate a ticker change if you are not an SEC Filer. You cannot be an SEC Filer unless you have Audited Financial Statements. So once again everything points to an Audit issue. Why they can’t get the Audit completed is maddening. The Audit is for 2024 and 2025 at which time all the necessary documents, information, and financials were under Goldquests control. So what’s the hold up? Also a Ticker change can take up to 90 days to complete. Unfortunately that would put it into 2027. This is all very frustrating and completely self inflicted!

$AVVH If we get Audited Financials and Additional Capital then pps could possibly avoid a sell off if no PR from Miguel. These items I believe would be covered in Notes to the Year End Financial Stmt. If Audited Financials, Additional Capital, Loan Growth, & Revenue growth we could see bounce in pps again if no PR from Miguel. If we get all the above and a PR (update) from Miguel then blastoff! Good possibility we get financials and/or update Friday. If get this info tomorrow or Thursday then very good sign. All my opinion.

$AVVH Here are the objectives in my opinion that must be addressed in September update: Audit of Financials completed Registration Statement Ticker Change Warehouse Lines of Credit in place Warehouse Lines of Credit being utilized Loan Portfolio Growth Revenue Growth Net Income Growth Further information on additional Business Lines Update on Capital expansion through banks and Private investors All these Company stated objectives must be addressed and if not completed then hard dates given on when will be achieved. Feel free to add to my list here.

$AVVH There are thoughts out there that Goldquest will incorporate AI, Blockchain, and Crypto in the business model. That would propel GQC to only small group of companies using this cutting edge technology in this specific industry. In researching public companies that originate mortgage loans using this technology I found FIGR. Disclaimer is that FIGR originates HELOC loans or Home Equity loans. However this is still a loan secured by a single family home. We have no idea if Miguel will pursue this and it’s pure speculation at this point. But as a point of reference FIGR stock is trading in the 20’s. I am NOT saying this will be the value of GQC stock as AI, Blockchain, and Crypto has not been a stated goal by Miguel. But and this is the big but, what if he is? Something to consider. We are less than 4 weeks away from THE UPDATE. GLTA and all IMHO.
