Whether it be a Partnership, Merger, Acquisition, it is fabulous news. Im suprised the stock is not having more of a reaction but oh well soon enough. This is huge news and speaks well of Miguels credibility. Folks this is big. Hold on.

$AVVH Flip em I like your valuation and pps estimations. I agree a reverse split will need to be done for us to get to dollar land. Since we are on the subject of pps valuation I think the potential for the Granger Bank merger, partnership, or acquisition will enhance pps. In researching Granger has $42MIL in Assets. Approx 70,000 shares of privately held Common Stock thru Granger Bankshares of which 64% of the stock held by the Heger family at $1.00 Par Value. Would like input from you and others here on how Granger Bank element will affect pps. All input and thoughts appreciated so that we all may all informed here.

$AVVH $AVVH if you look at the River Oaks project alone - $29 m was financed (assume this is the total cost) - 16 units are being sold at a starting price of ~5 m (we’ll assume all are priced at 5 m to be conservative) - That’s about ~50 million revenue. - If u take a valuation multiple of 2 (which is very conservative for this industry). Puts the share price at about $0.10.

$AVVH also been here 4 years, way too many unknowns but based on my calculations on deals posted on their website (with A LOT OF assumptions), I think we could see $0.16 in the first year of revenue. Way too many outstanding shares for this to go any further than $0.20, imo going beyond that would require restructuring, either RS or Buyback.

$AVVH For those of you who haven't seen it yet, here's one of the work permits for the City of Houston (Pic1) showing Granger Bank at that location they posted announcing "our 103-year-old bank "Granger National Bank"". The original bank at 8611 Memorial Dr was Green Bank (Pic2) who then leased it out Veritex (Pic3). According to the Sale/Lease history, you'll see it was again listed for lease on Jan 2024. From what I can tell, that post they made looks legit so far, as long as everything is completed and finalized. Just thought I'd share since I haven't seen anyone post about it in depth. If you want to research for yourself, just plug that address in and do some digging. I'm sure everyone here, including myself would be happy to see anything found that is currently unknown.
