So
$AUDC forgot to include the proposal raising the non-employee Director compensation from 7,500 to 10,000 RSUs.
I went back and checked -- 7,500 options/RSUs have been standard for at least the last 10 years.
Why do they get the 2,500 raise now? Inflation?
Or a job well done bonus and incentive to get an M&A deal to the finish line/closing process?
2,500 extra RSUs at
$30/share is nice
$75K bonus in addition to all the other stock they own.
