Audit and Reporting Update The Globetopper transaction introduced unexpected complexities to ASII's audit process. However, those challenges have been largely resolved, and the Company is now in the final stages of completing its financial audit. ASII expects to file its updated financials and regain current status in the coming weeks.

$ASII its very possible your right but then why is Apollo buying 252 m shares at .001 par value, theres this AMOD agreement and they have same CFO, also former majority share holder for asii is CEO of AMOD now William Alessi, im only holding 500k rn til they drop news n things get figured out. Also Adam Dooley has a recent new book the pre-ipo playbook. Seems like it would beneficial if that merger actually went through with his company. Been quiet too long for comfort.
