$INKW Carnes and Lenny providing convertible notes from Be Climbing
$TLIF to one of their other scams (
$GMZP $INKW $APSI $ADIA). Guess we see which of those tickers had to take a
$50K loan to keep operating. Willing to bet it was INKW. Its a shell game of dilution and moving money around these tickers, not real business. From

NOTE 8 – NOTE RECEIVABLE – RELATED PARTIES
On November 2, 2023, the Company provided
$50,000 on a note receivable to a corporate entity controlled by a related party. The note bears zero interest and does not have a fixed maturity date and will be paid back to the Company when the entity is financially able to make payment.
