$QCLS Ansys, Stnopsys, and Keysight A very complicated acquisition between these three massive companies was just completed last week on the 16th. Lightsolvwr had partnered earlier in the year with Ansys and would have been tired up in the results of this complicated three way merger and divestiture scenario It would have needed to wait for the official consummation of these transactions to be able to announce deals. Now this is done and the government is satisfied with the new structures. Now they have the green light to make contracts official. This is everything right here.
