At a special meeting held on July 7, 2025, the shareholders of Akoya Biosciences, Inc. (AKYA) will vote on the proposed merger with Quanterix Corp (
$QTRX). If approved, the proposed merger is tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on July 8, 2025. In anticipation of the closing, the stock will be halted immediately following the after-hours session at or around 7:50 p.m. on July 7, 2025. If the merger closes as anticipated, the stock will remain halted on the day of closing (July 8th) and will be suspended effective July 9, 2025.
Merger consideration: AKYA shareholders will receive
$0.38 in cash and 0.1461 shares of QTRX for each share of AKYA held.
