$JTAI Did you know.. The Investment in $AIIA on the NYSE 👇😘 We own 49.5% of the sponsor entity of AI Infrastructure Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: AIIA), having invested $2.75 million of capital, and that sponsor entity in turn owns approximately 25% of AIIA. I also serve as Chairman and CEO of AIIA. On a mark-to-market basis, our interest in the sponsor entity represents our largest asset. AIIA currently holds approximately $138 million in trust and has about fifteen months remaining to complete a transaction unless shareholders approve an extension. Through the sponsor entity, Jet.AI has an indirect interest in approximately 2.3 million Class B shares of AIIA. These shares are convertible into Class A shares, which last traded at $10.00 per share, implying roughly $23 million of gross value.

If there's a 30-50% chance of real companies data centers not happening, there's a 100% chance of $JTAI's data centers not happening. What does that mean for Jet.AI ans shareholders? Probably the aviation software sale to $FLYX is annulled, or changed. In which case $JTAI is back to larger losses and more dilution. Also the SPAC -- $AIIA -- has no business purpose. Hence the $5 million strategic investment in Grok and Starlink subscriptions.

Its best for people to use indicators or a system to trade. And for those who are learning, oftentimes a stop-loss order is good to limit capital erosion. Although nobody knows for sure how $JTAI will change in price over a day, or even a multiday period, for sure $JTAI is in a downward spiral over time. And in parallel, most likely $AIIA sinks in price.

$JTAI is going to desist, reverse split while on the OTC and not facing timing restrictions. Mike Winston will be charged by the SEC, however $JTAI will trade well below $0.01 post-split before any SEC charges. I say that because the SEC is typically slow to act. $AIIA is a smoke and mirrors game. They and $JTAI have nothing of economic value to offer, and never had.

$AIIA $0.18 away from its 52-week low, and close to breaking below $10, as $JTAI sinks.

$JTAI's share price movement tells the truth about the chance of the $AIIA SPAC being a real deal. If the share price was rising and over $0.15 (high price the date the bullshit shareholder letter was released on: https://investors.jet.ai/article?i=161875 ), it might be more believable, although still a lie.

$JTAI SPAC $AIIA will be worthless when the fake data center scam unravels. +++ On May 25, 2025, our $AIIA sponsor purchased 3,833,333 founder shares for an aggregate purchase price of $25,000, or approximately $0.0065 per share... As such, our sponsor owns approximately 25% of our issued and outstanding shares. ... ***The founder shares will be worthless if we do not complete an initial business combination.*** https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/0002073553/000149315226011988/form10-k.htm
