$AQN absolutely no support, in no man's land, fell off my radar that's for sure But was reading long interview where it was randomly talked about. Is it deep value down here? As cash flowing utilities go, maybe? Absolutely no interest left on this board, that's for sure $XLU $HASI $AY Here's the money quote: "And the other one is Algonquin (AQN). Algonquin is a utility that sold off their clean energy assets and is now a regulated utility. They still have solar, but it's not deregulated anymore. And they just closed a $1 billion sale after the last $1.8 billion sale. It's a utility that is getting primed up by private equity investors who bought controlling interest, parted up the company, kept the regulated part." @BJHorseman It's a good company. The trick here is there is market wide volatility and arguing what it's worth is irrelevant. What we need buy as it declines, but not too early, in order to get the best value. I would avoid the temptation to go all in at a given price because, in this type of environment, it could go lower. Years ago I picked up some shares in the $21.00 range. I'll hold those forever! Long $ENPH $FSLR $HASI $WTRG

@pawelgawel P Pi phavpep been buypingpp because ptphpe price does seem low. But I wonder about the PE. Do you have any thoughts or insights into that issue. PE makes this look overvalued, but recent prices before this drop makes this look like a great price to buy at. Long $ENPH $FSLR $HASI

$DJT $ENPH $HASI $PCT $ENVX The takeaway from today is that Trump will be a disaster for the economy (and the country in general) and the FED knows it.

User Image WantedToRetireEarly Posted - 5 days ago

$ENPH $ENVX $DJT $HASI $PCT As well as balancing inflation that is cooling slowly — a case for keeping rates elevated — and a labor market that is holding up but cracking — a case for lowering rates — the Fed will soon need to take into account policies put in place by the incoming Trump administration. Those policies are broadly expected to be stimulative for the economy, potentially speeding up inflation again, but details are light and the Fed has publicly said that it is unwilling to factor potential policy proposals into its forecast until those details are known. “The main takeaway from today’s Fed meeting was that inflation risks are back, and the Fed is clearly concerned,” said Charlie Ripley, senior investment strategist for Allianz Investment Management. He added that “additional rate cuts, if any, will be few and far between.” The two-year Treasury yield, which tends to track interest rate expectations, moved 0.1 percentage points higher, to 4.36 percent, a big move.

$HASI hey ST Fam I need insight, who trades this company

User Image DividendsAtValue Posted - 11/27/24

@SKOL_BTC I don't know if it's "the safest REIT." That would imply I had compared it to every other REIT, and I haven't done so. However I do consider $O to be safe, and I am not alone in that opinion. Simply safe dividends, an advisory that rates dividend safety rates it as safe, scoring it at 80 of 100 for dividend safety. It rates $EPR and $HASI as "borderline" in terms of dividend sustainablity, and gives $HASI a numerical score of 60 and $EPR a numerical score of 50. It doesn't rate $PCH. Long $EPR $HASI $O $PCH

User Image DividendsAtValue Posted - 11/27/24

@AlfredENewmano what is "M" for? I have 3 REIT's $EPR $O and $PCH. I also have $HASI which isn't actually a REIT, but is structured like one. Below: Not all in my actual portfolio. Posted to illustrate the importance of diversity...
