Long-term always bullish. Always right. If not, stretch the chart out further or wait. In the meantime, collect those dividends and keep adding. $ABBV $O $EPR $SYF $COST

@Easymoney48 I'm long both $EPR and $O, and getting substantial monthly dividends from both. EPP, however is my third largest position, so I decided to turn off EPR dividend reinvest and put that money into O for awhile to make it to a larger part of my portfolio.

@endorush $O $PSEC $EPR also, there's a fed meeting and election next week at the exact same time the 10 year will hit that trend line. recipe for much volatility.

@makingfranklins i think its probably just the 10 year rate soaring. 90% of the bdc's and reit's on my watchlist are getting crushed right now $PSEC $O $EPR on that note, the 10 year is approaching the top of this descending channel. that is a likely point for it to rollover and continue trending down, or break the downtrend and signal higher rates for longer https://i.imgur.com/CNBki3u.png

@LVStrader @ProphetofProfits20 Well I do like value and try to be a value investor, but I don't like founds. I follow you because your so knowledgeable on it, but what you do, keeping tract of all that, seems to much work. After you're not just in those funds, if understand correctly you are in lots of monthlies. I do love reading your stuff. I think it's great the way you share your knowledge with others. I am only in three monthlies: $EPR $GWRS and $O. I know they are solid, financially strong companies, with regular streams of income to support the dividends, so I don't need to worry. My goal is to grow my stream of dividends from high quality company's that have some growth. That way when I turn dividend reinvestment off I can get income through the dividends. In the mean time I'm building wealth through share price appreciation of the the reinvested dividends.

@woolybully @LewisDaKat Don't know if you got this, but I clarified my response. Sorry to say, I don't know enough about $JEPI to give an educated answer or compare it to $O. I'm in 3 monthly payers $O $EPR & $GWRS. All are financially strong companies with sustainable monthly dividends. I understand the nature of the businesses (the REIT's rent commercial real property. $GWRS is a utility that provides water to desert 🏜️ communities. $JEPI is an ETF. I avoid ETF's as they include many stocks and I don't want exposure to stocks I don't know about. I also don't understand or know what businesses JEPI is tethered too. Warren Buffet says I not to invest in anything I don't understand. He knows more about stocks than me so I will heed that advice. Finally, I clicked $JEPI on ST and checked the fundamentals it didn't say what the dividend is. Since monthly compounders are all about a sustainable dividend I feel it's important to know what it is.

@woolybully @LewisDaKat Hi, I don't know if you received my earlier reply, so sending it again: I'm in 3 monthly payers $O $EPR and $GWRS. All are financially strong companies with sustainable monthly dividends and I understand the nature of the businesses (the REIT's rent commercial real property and $GWRS is a utility that provides water to desert 🏜️ communities. $JEPI is an ETF. I avoid ETF's as they include both weak and strong stocks. I don't need exposure to weak stocks beyond those that I pick by mistake. I also don't understand or know what businesses JEPI is tethered too. Warren Buffet says I don't invest in what I don't understand. He knows more about stocks than me so I will heed that advice. Finally, when I clicked $JEPI on ST and checked it didn't say what the dividend is. Since monthly compounders are all about a sustainable dividend I feel it's important to know what it is. Not saying anything negative about it, just saying I don't know enough to compare it to O.
