Now, given that Wilkinson has confirmed that the ink is dry on the definitive agreement and active rollout plans are being discussed today, the probability that the incoming operating company carries a standalone or implied valuation greater than the current
$4.3 million is exceptionally high. Because any legitimate enterprise bringing operational infrastructure to a clean public vehicle inherently functions at a scale far eclipsing a microcap shell's baseline value. If we tie that in with what we've learned about Brian Wilkinson and the consistency of his language, this should probably be trading at least 50% higher, just on expectations. But we'll let the market be the market, and we'll see.
