$SMOFF Sonoro Gold $SMOFF has been one of my best performing stocks over the past twelve months and the news keeps on getting better. Today's news was totally unexpected -- significantly expanding their Cerro Caliche gold/silver project. SONORO GOLD ANNOUNCES EXPANSION OF CERRO CALICHE GOLD PROPERTY The PR also shows the Prieto mine location ooperated by GoldGroup Mining $GGAZF which will have to close down in September 2028 because SMOFF bought the surface rights to Prieto starting then. At some point, I would expect some announcement that GGAZF and SMOFF come to some agreement so that GoldGroup Mining can continue operating the mine. Upfront payment to Sonoro Gold or a royalty agreement. But whatever it is, Sonoro Gold will benefit. (Personally, I would be scared to still own GGAZF because they have not disclosed the fact that they lose the Prieto mine in 2028. Once they disclose that to shareholders, the stock will selloffright right before the upcoming capital raise.

$GGAZF $SMOFF Should read "Hidden "asset" is the the "yet to be determined" monetary value of the surface rights to GoldGroup Mining's $GGAZF only gold producing mine (Prieto mine) starting in September, 2026. (One thing is for sure--the value is NOT Zero $$$). Probably will be negotiated based on the FPV

$GGAZF $SMOFF Expanding Cerro Caliche Concession is a real positive for shareholders. Probably a good move to acquire those additional ten (10) mineral concessions along strike and adjacent to the northern and southern boundaries of the Cerro Caliche gold/silver project in Sonora, Mexico. No dilution is a real positive with no royalties granted on the concessions. Valuation of SMOFF will probably increase now that it is has expanded to twenty-five (25) concessions covering a total area of 3,924.26 hectares. Pending updated PEA (from 202) will most likely show a huge difference in valuation from higher gold prices (vs. 1,800/oz previously) and an increase in economically viable production potential from the higher prices. Hidden "asset" is the the "yet to be determined" monetary value of the surface rights to GoldGroup Mining's $GGAZF only gold producing mine (Prieto mine) in 25 years. (One thing is for sure--the value is NOT Zero $$$). Probably will be negotiated based on the FPV.

$SMOFF $SMOFF Pretty good summary of SMOFF. Hope that PEA comes out soon. But it does look like that last financing happening and the stock is UP is a good indicator of what smarter investors than me are anticipating. https://www.reddit.com/r/Miningstocks/comments/1q4t9dp/gold_miner_sonoro_gold_smoff_sgov_approaching/ Anybody have an idea on what those surface rights are worth to GoldGroup Mining $GGAZF? If that mine is the only producing mine for GGAZF, it would seem that they either do an agreement with SMOFF or GoldGroup Mining shareholders will get crushed. What does GGAZF have if their Prieto mine gets shut down in 2028? JMHO

$SMOFF Sonoro Gold $SMOFF has been doing great this past month. Despite raising more capital, the stock hit new highs. IMO, it shows that the market trusts management to use the capital to advance towards gold production. https://www.proactiveinvestors.com.au/companies/news/1085045/sonoro-gold-closes-c-4-9m-private-placement-to-fund-mexico-project-1085045.html Been in SMOFF since $.09 and $0.12. The US trading volume is often higher than the SGO.v on the Canadian exchanges.

$SMOFF The updated PEA should dramatically increase the economics of the Cello Caliche project. Once they get the permits, they could be producing gold within 13 months of the permitting according to past interviews. But I would like to know how much Sonoro Gold will charge GoldGroup Mining $GGAZF for the surface rights to their Prieto mine in 2028. Could be a nice Lotto ticket for SMOFF

$SMOFF Interview with mgmt on the recent financing. $2.85 million USD raised with one warrant priced at a 40% premium to the market price at the time of closing. PEA sounds to be very near term. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-5XxAjm6Q0 Checked on the trading volume on the US exchange (SMOFF) vs. the Canadian exchange (SGO.V) and it looks like US investors are finding this gold mining name.

$SMOFF Up 28% last week. Between $GGAZF probably having to buy the surface rights for their Prieto mine from Sonoro and the PEA expected to be released soon, things are looking good for increasing price and trading volumes.

New research report on $SMOFF out. Love the target price Report Highlights of Report We are resuming coverage on Sonoro Gold. The company’s portfolio includes the advanced-stage Cerro Caliche gold project, and the pre–resource stage San Marcial gold–silver project, in Mexico. SGO plans to spin out San Marcial into a new publicly listed entity, with shareholders receiving free shares in the new company. Mexico’s mining sector is rebounding under President Sheinbaum, with 100 of 175 pending permits already approved, signaling renewed investor optimism. $SMOFF $SMOFF --And the fourth thg: -- broader awareness that Sonoro Gold owns the very valuable surface rights (starting in Sept. 2028) for the GoldGroup Mining $GGAZF Prieto mine will probably result in a lucrative settlement/ agreement to benefit Sonoro Gold Things are getting interesting.

$SMOFF After doing some more research on $SMOFF, the more it is clear that Sonoro is undervalued largely because an updated PEA has been expected for months. And permitting for open pit mines in Mexico was rumored to not be happening with the current Mexican Government. . But then Silver Tiger Metals $SLVTF received all the permits necessary to develop their open pit mine in Sonoro, Mexico near Sonoro Gold's open pit mine project. All Permits Received: Silver Tiger shifts into the next gear! | GOLDINVEST Four things can be expected in the relative near term out of Sonoro Gold -- an Environmental Impact report (MIR) which would indicate progress towards permitting -- updated PEA which will most likely show a substantial increase in value of the Cerro Caliche concession (2023 PEA used $1,800 oz.gold price) Updated PEA will probably input use a minimum of a $3,400 oz) -- spinoff of San Marcial project to SMOFF shareholders (Shareholder of Record Date to be announced)

$SMOFF Went to a corporate road show for a silver producer in Sonoro, Mexico and an attendee asked if a company had a producing mine and the landowner sold the surface rights in the future--would the mine operator be required to obtain the surface rights from the owner of the surface rights. The presenter said, according to Mexican mining law, the mining company would have a problem because the surface rights owner could shut down the mine unless they buy the rights from the new owner. It turns out that the attendee brought up the question because he knew about a situation where a gold mining company, Sonoro Gold, $SMOFF, bought the surface rights to their Cerro Caliche mine project and the rights to the Prieto mine of GoldGroup Mining $GGAZF starting in September 2028. Which is why I am here and bought some SMOFF (after confirming the info). So it looks like a CDN $300 million market cap company will have NO way to justify that valuation without access to that mine in 2.5 years.
