$SMOFF Sounds like $SMOFF is lining up the financing for a drill program prior to the eventual permitting by Mexico. A permitting announcement would really light a fire under Sonoro Gold. The San Marical project spinoff to shareholders should be announced in th next few months. https://finance.yahoo.com/markets/stocks/articles/sonoro-gold-announces-fully-committed-120000474.html?fr=yhssrp_catchall

$SMOFF Interview with SMOFF management. Talk about bad timing that they could not avoid. SMOFF was trading at $0.20 when they announced the PEA results on the very first day of the Iran war. And gold prices were selling off. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjpWu8zbOcM I felt like I was buying a falling knife all the way down to $0.14. Feeling very good now.

$SMOFF A close above the 200 Day Moving Average ($0.159) would be a technical positive for a trend reversal. Watching the gold price here too. Either way, the recent PEA further confirms that the current market cap is severely undervalued. Watching $NRRSF too, although there are many more traders that have done well with that one where they could sell even here and book huge profits. GLTA

$SMOFF The immediate issue is finding a floor to the price of gold. The parabolic move in the gold price was overdone. But so has the selloff. Does SMOFF go back to $0.25 in the near term? No. But back to $0.20 (or 40% higher than the current price) is probable? With the gold price stabilizing, traders will start selectively returning to the oversold gold mining names like Sonoro with its recent PEA numbers and gold producers like $EQX.

$EQX Bought the dip. Averaging in. The first sign of gold's price firming up and turning up, many of these gold stocks will turn up. The shorts have had their day--and the squeeze is to be avoided. $ASM $GUYGF And gold mining stocks approaching permitting for promising gold mining projects that have sold off will do the same, IMO. $SMOFF $NRRSF

$SMOFF Looks like Sonoro Gold $SMOFF is getting close to getting its permit for its open pit gold mine. " "Sonoro Gold anticipates a pivotal environmental permit for its Cerro Caliche project, a potential catalyst for the stock amid a strong gold market. The company also plans a strategic spin-off https://www.ad-hoc-news.de/ boerse/news/ueberblick/sonoro- gold-nears-key-permit- decision-for-flagship-project/ 68698574

$LODE $SMOFF $SKYX -- With all this volatility, checking on stocks that have sold off from recent highs and have become oversold is a good idea. "Throwing the baby out with the bathwater" comes to mind.

$SMOFF Chart here may be showing a tradable bottom. Bounced off $0.17 and closed at high of day. (Note the hammer on the chart). Williams %R is oversold. Just one opinion.

$SMOFF ALERT-- No news to account for this move down today. Judging by the day chart, the selling hit at 11:30. Tomorrow's market open should determine the near term trend.

$SMOFF Huge difference in the valuation of $SMOFF's Cerro Caliche open pit project after seeing that updated PEA. Saw this interview https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_20cnUaNd8 When they get permitted, SMOFF gets totally revalued, IMO. And probably gets more research coverage.

$GORO Agreed. Big mistake in the long run for GORO to "merge" with $GGAZF for stock. Looking at the charts of both, GORO obviously benefited from the initial announcement, but both stock hare headed down because of the concerns about Goldgroup mining's assets--like the Prieto mine surface rights expiring in 2028 because they were bought by Sonoro Gold $SMOFF. I would not be surprised to see GORO management and Board of Directors waking up and pulling out of the merger. JMO

$SMOFF New PEA should attract more mining investors (and research coverage?) and perhaps help with eventual permitting by Mexico. $GGAZF apparently has over two years to mine gold at the Prieto mine before Sonoro Gold shuts it down. Or maybe a financial arrangement can be done between the two companies? https://www.reddit.com/r/Miningstocks/comments/1rihh0x/sonoro_gold_otc_smoff_tsxv_sgo_updated_pea_just/
