$SMOFF Interview with mgmt on the recent financing. $2.85 million USD raised with one warrant priced at a 40% premium to the market price at the time of closing. PEA sounds to be very near term. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-5XxAjm6Q0 Checked on the trading volume on the US exchange (SMOFF) vs. the Canadian exchange (SGO.V) and it looks like US investors are finding this gold mining name.

$SMOFF Up 28% last week. Between $GGAZF probably having to buy the surface rights for their Prieto mine from Sonoro and the PEA expected to be released soon, things are looking good for increasing price and trading volumes.

New research report on $SMOFF out. Love the target price Report Highlights of Report We are resuming coverage on Sonoro Gold. The company’s portfolio includes the advanced-stage Cerro Caliche gold project, and the pre–resource stage San Marcial gold–silver project, in Mexico. SGO plans to spin out San Marcial into a new publicly listed entity, with shareholders receiving free shares in the new company. Mexico’s mining sector is rebounding under President Sheinbaum, with 100 of 175 pending permits already approved, signaling renewed investor optimism. $SMOFF After doing some more research on $SMOFF, the more it is clear that Sonoro is undervalued largely because an updated PEA has been expected for months. And permitting for open pit mines in Mexico was rumored to not be happening with the current Mexican Government. . But then Silver Tiger Metals $SLVTF received all the permits necessary to develop their open pit mine in Sonoro, Mexico near Sonoro Gold's open pit mine project. All Permits Received: Silver Tiger shifts into the next gear! | GOLDINVEST Four things can be expected in the relative near term out of Sonoro Gold -- an Environmental Impact report (MIR) which would indicate progress towards permitting -- updated PEA which will most likely show a substantial increase in value of the Cerro Caliche concession (2023 PEA used $1,800 oz.gold price) Updated PEA will probably input use a minimum of a $3,400 oz) -- spinoff of San Marcial project to SMOFF shareholders (Shareholder of Record Date to be announced)

$SMOFF Went to a corporate road show for a silver producer in Sonoro, Mexico and an attendee asked if a company had a producing mine and the landowner sold the surface rights in the future--would the mine operator be required to obtain the surface rights from the owner of the surface rights. The presenter said, according to Mexican mining law, the mining company would have a problem because the surface rights owner could shut down the mine unless they buy the rights from the new owner. It turns out that the attendee brought up the question because he knew about a situation where a gold mining company, Sonoro Gold, $SMOFF, bought the surface rights to their Cerro Caliche mine project and the rights to the Prieto mine of GoldGroup Mining $GGAZF starting in September 2028. Which is why I am here and bought some SMOFF (after confirming the info). So it looks like a CDN $300 million market cap company will have NO way to justify that valuation without access to that mine in 2.5 years.

$SMOFF I noticed that too...that $GGAZF needs to disclose that Sonorro Gold can shut down the Prieti mine in 2028. Two colleagues of mine took their chips off the table with GGAZF. The easy money has been made and the path of least resistance is down. Especially when Gold Group confirms that they lose access to the mine. Unless some big dollars are paid to Sonorro. JMO. Actually, can you short GGAZF and buy Sonoro? That could be interesting.

$GGAZF Is GoldGroup Mining going to shut down the Cello Prieto mine in 2028 when the surface rights are taken over by Sonoro Gold $SMOFF? According to the company;s website, that mine is the prime asset of $GGA.V Cerro Prieto Project | Goldgroup Mining Inc. yet Sonoro Gold, another company I follow, filed that the company purchased the surface rights to Sonoro Gold's Cello Caliche project AND the Cerro Prieto mine starting in September, 2028. There is no mention of this material information on GGAZF's website nor in their filings. Either Sonoro is lying about obtaining the surface rights (big problem with the regulators) or GoldGroup is in violation of fair disclosure of material information laws (same in Canada as in the US). Does anyone here have a contact with GGAZF to clarify this?

$SMOFF Buying when insiders keep on buying as the stock goes up has been a good indicator of higher prices. https://www.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/comments/1oisyih/sonoro_gold_smoff_surprising_interview_1911_gold/ 60% insider ownership, according to this Reddit post. Interview cited in post is worth listening to.

$SMOFF Nothing better than a CEO continuing to directly invest in a company's stock. Either he does not know what he is buying (LOL) or he has the confidence in the future to risk his own personal funds to provide the needed capital to start up production.

$SMOFF Great interview here with SMOFF. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTnko3v61g0 They sound like they are very close to getting the PEA done. And with the capital raises, they can do that "boot strap" gold production.

$SMOFF Real interesting (and overlooked) development on Sonoro Gold. Theypurchased the surface rights tothe Cerro Prieto project is operated by Gold Group (GGA.V). "In July 2025, Sonoro announced it had entered into a surface rights agreement with the owner of the Cerro Prieto Ranch to secure 100% of the surface rights to the Cerro Caliche concessions and surrounding areas covering an initial 3,908 hectares". and "Commencing September 1, 2028, Sonoro’s surface rights will expand to encompass the entire 5,007-hectare Cerro Prieto Ranch, including the surface rights to the neighbouring Cerro Prieto mine." Cerro Prieto Ranch is currently a project of GGA.V (https://finance.yahoo.com/news/goldgroup-reports-cerro-prieto-optimization-130000220.html) until 2028 when SMOFF would get the surface rights. Those rights could be worth a great deal.

$SMOFF Looks like US investors are checking out SMOFF. Usually, the Canadian exchange, SGO.V, had much higher trading volume than the volume on the US exchange. Today, SMOFF traded over 600 K vs SGO.V 540K shared in Canada. Good sign right before news. Bigger audience, more liquidity and more momentum. Jmo.
