$SGMD This is what Claude (AI) says about the trade: That confirms it — and it explains everything. Look at the volume: 138 shares total, traded at $0.44. This isn't a real market move. It's a classic thin-print anomaly that happens on illiquid, sub-penny OTC stocks: SGMD normally trades in fractions of a cent with a tiny float (avg volume ~47K shares/day, and even that's mostly noise given the price). A single trade of a tiny number of shares — someone buying or selling essentially a nothing-sized order — executed at $0.44, likely because there was no real order book depth at that moment (a market order with no resting bids/asks between $0.0001 and $0.44 just filled at whatever price was available). That lone print becomes the "last trade" and "close" price that feeds into Stocktwits, CNBC, and other quote aggregators, generating the eye-popping +439,900% headline number" Shows someone trying to create a run to get out probably. My move will be to exit if any new bagholders appear.

$SGMD Guys here are partners with the same team as $EVLI $ECOX.X $AMFN - check the filings- they've worked together for 5+ years. I dont understand the interworkings but when I looked into 6-7 months ago there was enough of a connection that I worked very hard to grab a few million shares. Happy Days.

$SGMD Looks like Jimmy went to $NGTF and I can't say I'm thrilled about that. Might have just sounded the death knell for Nightfood.

$NGTF In a nutshell I bought into Nightfoods, for the ice cream, if you're considering buying in now please read the comments in $SGMD first. I think history is about to repeat itself. I can't imagine why the company would saddle themselves with this Jimmy guy.
