$RBSH Just notice that RBSH is in a grace period until 1/17. After that it will be moved from OTC pink sheet to the lowest OTC exchange Expert Market. That market restricts the public investor in some way. It's the first time I have encountered that market. How or if it affects RBSH I don't know. Rbsh has been treading water for last few years with small investors playing games with the 32 million outstanding shares.

$RBSH As of last filing there were three debentures not including the one held by Silvestre law group that were still showing balances owed (page 9&10). Sept 17 $ 110K, Oct 20 $100K and June 21 $100K. The 310K matures on 12/31/23. Will Silvestre come up with the cash to meet the obligations or will he and his lenders extend the dates? i'm thinking another extension!

$RBSH The 75 to 1 reverse stock split in oct 2021 reduced the issued shares to approximately 10 million shares. That number increased to approximately 32 mil by march 22. That 32 mill is the same today. Although RBSH has authorized 1 billion stock shares to issue RBSH has not issued any stock in almost 2 years. All the stock volume being traded is from investors buying and selling their stock as they see fit.
