$MONI IMHO, SRM needed time to unpack this debacle. I think RAL & FO negotiated MONI's sale, where FO leached his way into the Pref. B's w/o SRM's full understanding. FO tried selling this 4 yr. atrocity but he kept loosing buyers due to his despicable nature. FO may thought he deserved a slice of the MONI sale pie that wasn't hi. So unpacking this mess required time. Add RAL's probate ownership and it delayed things more. I believe SRM has a plan in-place to limit the damage caused by the Pref. B defect. We have Gibiru, an internet collection data base since the beginning of the WWW. Add AI to Gibiru, curate it, index it, add other functions, and we have an SEO data base on steroids. Add Revvim's IndeXr PSP Browser launch by EOY, and Indexr is formidable revenue producer. Add Soft-Irons cloud based servers to enforce critical infrastructure & digital resilience across enterprise & government defense, military & aerospace sectors and you have a new technology that's not existed before.

$MONI is making acquisitions, but AITX is winning contracts — big difference when it comes to cash flow potential.
