$MJLB Interesting to note that there's a "PUR Farmacueticals Ltd." that has applied for and so far been denied six trademarks in Canada for various cannabis company concepts. They've abandoned some attempts and have been trying to get others approved since 2017 by filing for extensions. So far they haven't even attempted to get one for PUR Botanicals (which is already taken by another company in the US database). $MJLB Their website (below) is full forward looking statements but nothing about what they've accomplished to this point which is odd since they organized in 2019. They claim to have 28 acres of land (plus another 14 if the need should arise) and a 9,000 sq. ft. warehouse "suitable for cannabis, and fruit/vegetable farming" but don't say if they've ever actually grown a single plant of any kind. Others may differ, but this is still has a smell to it in my opinion. https://purbotanicals.ca

The new CEO - Reno Calabrigo - is President, CEO, Secretary & Director at Barranco Gold Mining Corp (BAR on CSE) that owns rights on property that's apparently been explored since 1991 without finding anything worth digging up. He's also the CEO and Director of Glenrosa Mining Group, which is seeking early-stage investors for another holding in BC, a director at Mineral Hills Ind. (MHI.V on TSX @ $.065) which engages in mineral exploration and Trident Intl. Corp. which deals in alternate energy (TICJ - OTCPK @ $.05). Previously, he served as the President, CEO, CFO, Secretary, Treasurer & CAO at Gunpowder Gold (now defunct), President, CEO, CFO, Secretary & Treasurer at Resgreen Group Intl. - a robotics and software company (RGGI - OTCPK @ $.0001) and President, Secretary & Treasurer at AVIX Technologies (AVIX - OTCPK @ $.0001) which was in software but acquired by a packaged food company. $MJLB Some info on Bronko Holdings - the company that's holds 100,000,000 common shares and 100% of the Class “A” and “B” shares of MJLB. I found two registrations: One on the Ontario Business Directory for a Bronko Holdings, Inc. that incorporated in 2009 and another for Bronko Holdings, LLC on the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists Offshore Leaks Database (see below) that registered in St. Kitts and Nevis in 2007 and dissolved in 2009. $MJLB I thought it would be interesting to research PUR Rx. No corporate registrations or trademark applications that I could find BUT, I did find a registration for the partner they referenced in their 6/26/25 post. Synergy Health Rx is what the company has called itself since 6/7/24. Before that it was called Cannascribe, Inc. (see below) and its owner is Mike Mihelic - an ex CFL lineman. His "About Me" page says he "works with Cannascribe Medical Marijuana Prescriptions that helped thousands of patients obtain their medical licenses to produce and obtain medical cannabis from licensed producers." They've never announced exactly what the new company will do, so I presume PUR Rx will have a similar business model. I was interesting to see however, that the registered street address for his company is: 11 Buttermill Ave, Concord, ON L4K3X1... which is THE SAME REGISTERED ADDRESS AS ULTRACK which I find suspicious since there's supposed to be all new management. https://ised-isde.canada.ca/cc/lgcy/fdrlCrpDtls.html?lang=eng&corpId=8938938

$MJLB The deeper I dig, the more ridiculous this company looks. They announced in June they acquired 60% of the Better Pets brand from the Better Health Sciences portfolio and valued it at 5 - 6 million. But, they didn't say that particular sub-corporation was dissolved in January of this year. (see below) There was a Canadian Trademark for Better Better Pets applied for in 2022 and granted in April of 2025 (presumably to the parent corporation) which was just before they applied for a US trademark. The US trademark has so far been refused because the products contain cannabinoids which are illegal in the US. So, they buy 60% of a Canadian trademark for a product line that never panned out for the original company, value it at 5-6 million, announce that they applied for a US trademark and tout how "this deal could unlock substantial recurring revenue for MJLB within the next 12 to 18 months" and then drop the whole thing three months later. $MJLB Wait! What happened to Better Pets??? I thought that was the brand they were building. For that matter, what happened to the “formal contractual agreement with Supreme Products to both acquire and market their "Pet Tracker" product” and “Carl Lamonte from Supreme Products” who was joining the company as Brand Development Officer in April of ‘23. Also, I haven’t heard anything lately about their “100% acquisition of a seasoned USA trucking company” Power Moves Transport in ‘22, which we were told “immediately adds value to Ultrack's bottom line” or their ‘22 acquisition of M-Loan which was responsible for “more than tripling Ultrack's overall Company revenue”. Anyone else notice a pattern here???
