$MJLB this get's dumber; and I'm literally sitting with shares waiting for a co to go bankrupt on stupidity. I got scammed, and there are few people on this board that need to be jailed along with the CEO and the CEO prior to. This is 1/100 of a penny, I put a sell order in and get no takers. This is now emotional drain, how do I get rid of these shares if my ask never gets filled, just wait for bankruptcy, Furious..! at me as well. OTC, never again. Pet balm, at least the previous Co had a tracking device that might have worked if that criminal had a brain.

$MJLB Once again their US Trademark application has been denied - for the same reasons it has been denied twice before. Specifically, they can't use the word "BETTER" in their name since that makes it too similar to the name used by another pet products company AND because they still have cannanaboids in their products which are illegal in the US at this time. I don't know how much plainer the Trademark office can make things for them, but I suspect they won't make any substative changes when they resubmit their paperwork in the maximum prescribed 90 days. Then, they'll probably put out another PR about how the US trademark application is "progressing" and sell when gullible people push the SP up on the "news". $MJLB Its hard to make stuff up about this company. They do such a good job of coming up with ridiculous stuff on thier own. Months after taking over the company new managment still doesn't have anything more than a few packaging concepts for products they might someday make (IF they ever get a US trademark, which without changing thier name is doubful) and enough capital to manufacture and market them. It doesn't sound like a $ 5mm - $ 6mm company to me. Maybe that's why there isn't a single bid for shares while the ask is $ 0.0001 x 49,290,400 today. Given a choice between the two possible outcomes - bankruptcy or a turnaround - I would bet on the former.

$MJLB Better Pets waited until the last second to respond to their US trademark denial by amending their application (see "documents" in the link below). They still have not changed the company name which was the first reason it was denied so it will undoubtably be denied again, but they took out all mention of cannabinoids in their products which means they have nothing unique to sell. Its pretty obvious that the purpose of keeping the application alive is to maintain the illusion that they have any intention of actually developing a working company.
