$PESI very interesting (apparently only to me as I don't see it mentioned on any message boards) is the completely overlooked mentor/mentee strategic partnership w/
$MIR. Lots of room for astute investors to read between the lines, or at least ask several questions: 1. Why now? 2. Who approached who? 3. Was their outside pressure to "beef up" PESI's capabilities, management acumen, potential financial arrangements, issues beyond just breadth of service augmentation ? 4. Hanford was not mentioned as part of the consideration, but...the timing may or may not be coincidental? 5. Is it a trial run?
