Watchlist 02/09/26:
$LRE appears to be bottoming. This one loves split-second runs to 1.90 so I'm going to start loading for a near-term swing.
Seeing
$CHR trending in a lot of places and I have to agree, at 1.25 with cash per share of 39.00 and buyout news pending it doesn't make sense to not have at least a starter position. Will pick up some in PM, overnight if I see a deal.
$SMX as well. It's not a generational wealth vehicle like Cheer Holdings but it's a serial runner with an ultra-low float and a history of going absolutely vertical. Nice cash runway too. No position yet.
Honorable mention to
$SCNI with the caveat I am NOT calling it yet because I still have a fair amount of research to do. It's an absolute train wreck for sure. But it has the look of a train wreck that's going to run to 5.00 on news one day. Just saying I'm looking into it. If it becomes a buy for me I'll label it as such.
