$LOOP Thank you for the factual DD. I don't care it's a bullish or bearish post. Investing in risky plays requires good due diligence - something all retail investors must do to see what you're buying/holding is under or over valued and if the company brings in positive cashflow or keeps losing/burning a lot of $$$, which inevitably leads to capital raises, dilution, and bag holder destruction.

$LOOP Finally I found someone who appears to know this company well 🙏 So biggest investor dumped and left, Indian plant still in planning phase with insufficient working capital to break the ground, negative equity so they can't get bank loans as there's no collaterals, must dilute and raise $15 M, years away from manufacturing facility up and running IF things would go as planned. After 10 years? I've seen how those bio-techs burn up all investors $$$ and fold but for a manufacturing venture that still can't product anything meaningful after 10 years? Something's seriously wrong and they're not revealing the truth with retail investors. And for those early stage bio-techs (with plenty of cash and no debt, unlike this company) would have mcap in single digit $ millions while this "early stage", after 10 years, company with more debt than assets is valued around $80 M?

$LOOP I listened to the interview. CEO to me is anything but honest and transparent about what this company is struggling with. So much technology hype yet next to zero sales after 10 years and still years away from potential meaningful revenues (that Indian factory not even started yet cuz they have insufficient capital). And, he intentionally avoided talking about the junk financials - NEGATIVE equity value 👇 meaning they have more debt than assets - that's BK status and they must rely on capital raise to continue the biz. He also avoided talking about dilution - there's an active $15 million ATM shelf machine unloading shares to retail investors at levels 60% higher from the support after a recent pump.

$LOOP Ah now I see what's really going on. They're secretly running this ATM shelf dilution machine for $15,000,000 after insiders posted some buys to fool the retail newbs and pumped up the price. And they use investors $$$ to pay themselves handsomely so of course they could buy some shares. This company hasn't produced anything real - check its revenues - in over a decade and lives on continuous dilution to keep lights on and over-compensate the management members. What a scam. It should be delisted.

$LOOP This company has a long history of incremental insiders throwing money at their stocks using the high compensation they pay themselves. Same director bought shares in July 2024 and share price tanked hard after that.

$LOOP I guess I'm the only one doing and sharing DD here. Fine I'll help. I don't get this current valuation ($80 M) when a company has next to 0 sales (252k) while losing $3.5 M in a quarter so their cash burn is in double digit millions a year. As posted previously, they have -(negative) $2.7 M equity value. Excuse me? This is BK junk company and fair value is 0 (or negative to be exact). I bet they live on dilution just like all other scams I've seen to keep the lights on and keep paying themselves with investors money. Even at $8 M mcap it's too overvalued so what's the fair share price? 10-15 cents maybe? Am I missing something? Too many these junk companies and dilution scams listed on Nasdaq, smh.

$LOOP Another junk company with -(negative) equity and next to no sales pumping up to pull a dilution shelf offering to keep the lights on, smh. A lot of bag holders who don't know to bail on this pump/artificial price support will be created in this textbook dilution scheme. And if you take the "intangible" junk assets out it'll be even worse. Who's been following this company for years? Indian plastic recycling/manufacturing plant with no sales? Is it a scam or what?

$LOOP No demand for this stock. Hard to run this ATM shelf offering this way. RDO or PP will be easier but the offering price would be well below $1 so they're doing this instead. Look at their financials. They won't stay in biz for long if they can't raise $$$.

$LOOP This pump seems to be based solely on insider buys but I've seen more than enough stocks with insider buys and they just keep tanking. CEO bought shares in the 7s before, and this tanked hard from there. Additionally, if CEO could just keep giving himself free shares via options awards like he recently did, which is far greater than his purchased shares, he of course could "buy" and not worry about it. Now for all retail investors, are you willing to buy this stock at such over-inflated valuation? Do you understand the financials of this company? Don't be the newbs that always get conned and end up holding bags after they dump on you. I don't think this company is even real - in terms of operations - or they're still years away from generating any meaningful revenues. Do your own DD.
