They were having lavish company travel parties in the Caribbean with investor money until they started getting investigated for fraud.

I’m not joking. Seriously I hope nobody invests in this, they will just be donating money to these people to waste. It’s been drained to not even $1M market cap and will soon be going under!

$LFSWF Seems some good finally came out owning shares of this POS scam stock. I should have known better than to invest in something where the owners are hiding offshore. I learned a valuable lesson and sold for big losses this month to offset big capital gains in Crypto. Hopefully these assholes will find some hungry sharks while swimming off the island they are hiding on in the Caribbean!

$LFSWF it seems this company's BOD/CEO was in on the naked shorting/counterfeiting from Anson. To say they are shocked about the Anson/SEC settlement is a cover for them to grab a kickback from Anson. How can a stock be counterfeited for YEARS thru mm's like GTSM, CDEL, CSTI and others and not be figured out by a software developing CEO? Either negligence (involved) or gross incompetence (ignorant). MM may know software but he cannot run a biz. Now new financing with a debenture. This is how counterfeiting works MM and they naked short against the debenture. But maybe just maybe he and BOD already knows that :)
