$ICBU he could have just gifted 150M shares but that’s not what he did. They were added to the authorized common shares but not the float. This wasn’t about the shares but a cap raise for acquisitions. Quarterly coming soon per my last post and little doubt news will follow that. My price targets are nowhere near the consolidation point.

$ICBU I would not deviate from this plan. There are still a lot of shares that I expect will be injected into the bid up until the last minute if needed. Chasing the ask with such little bid interest would be a mistake at this point. If you decide anyway to buy the mark where it is now, a stop loss would get you taken out. Scale, scale, scale in. I’m not telling you to buy this stock, I’m simply saying if you are then you should have a strategy to counter the games the algos will play, especially the one using Citadel as an echange.

$ICBU as they continue to dump the added shares into the bid, go balls deep at .0004/5/6 spread. I assume the company will run out of time before a PR and quarterly. The cap raise will make acq news possible and a ROI is almost assured barring a BK or some crazy unforseen news.

$ICBU 150,000,000 unrestricted shares added to outstanding shares. They didn’t have the funds to acquire anything at all but they will. It’s been slowly poured into the trading activity so don’t expect anything at all in this cap raise. Still, the acquisition news in tandem with the Q1 makes sense to me later this month. PT from just a technical retrace alone could see .01. All depends on what they say AND if they release it nationally and not in the BS press releases tied into the OTC alone.

$ICBU this at the convergence point forming a symmetrical triangle between two Fibonacci fans. It could run at any time, but the triangle dead ends where it’s at right now at .0011 mid May when we would normally see financials for the first quarter 2026. We won’t know the timing of news but I can tell you when it doesn’t make sense to bother trying, and that’s any time in June.

My hope is that Mr. Wilson continues to pursue the subscription service. I have been sitting at the table for a long time and I am hungry for some meat and thirsty for some wine from the $ICBU kitchen.

$ICBU I am anticipating some sort of news event, They waited up until the wire to post the financials to stay OTCID. I’m thinking about the motivation for that delay in tandem with the algorithm shake-out as well as fib targets to the upside to give tutes a shot at 5:1 r/r from .0001. .0025 is the resistance mark. It should test it. If it does on low volume then it will likely reject it and if it bows past it then the next targets are weak resistance points and this could run a while if the news is good.

$ICBU I don’t know what decides whether this thing is bullish or bearish. There isn’t enough activity on this board to skew that. Maybe it follows an indicator? Can anyone confirm? https://blog.stocktwits.com/introducing-the-stocktwits-social-sentiment-indicator-4ccb72a3b17f is total BS today. Either way, CDEL is still the prevailing algo and when it straddles the mark, it’s setting up to be a part of all future action and the MM’s have to play in the space between. There are more than one MM doing this based on irregularities in the mark fills of increments in the ten and hundred thousandth decimal prices, competing for a small slice of action in the fills. The stage is and has been set. Question is…what is the agenda?
