$ICBU  after dumping 200M shares and bottoming out, the only folks left in this are the diehards and new investors that the company likely has ties with because the algos they used over the last few weeks followed a conventional professional strategy and the market makers had a wide playground to accumulate. Hope some of you got some shares in. The targets wouldn’t be to double the profit in turn but 5x their scaled in average or it’s not worth the effort.

$ICBU CDEL algo has backed off on this. The dumping of naked shares seems to be at a close. I am not a fan of the way they handle information sharing by relying solely on OTC media press releases. None of that info gets to new prospects. I need to see the financials and an actual media push to promote what they have done and want to do along with evidence of such that I can find just as if I were a prospective investor. No new buyers means we sit where we are and talk to each other about it and that gets us nowhere. L F G.

$ICBU there’s approximately just shy of 200 million shares being dumped on this stock. It’s most likely the company itself. Have a look at my prior post. Why is this happening? Offering shares after news is released is usually referred to as gun jumping by the SEC. We know for certain they have to file their annual and Q4. We anticipate that being within the next three weeks. I would anticipate that report shows a shortage of cash, but the press release says they have an influx of cash now with the shares sold. The float size is not increasing because the shares sold come directly from the company. It remains to be seen where we go from here. All I can do is report what I see for you all and hope that they put out some good news that hits national readers.

$ICBU sentiment isn’t extremely bearish. There’s not enough volume, posting nor panicking to justify that so it’s all application programming that probably has to do with some mix of volume and price action trends. Nobody in it is trying to sell at this point, we have all been patiently waiting.
