William J. Pratt (age 79) has served as a member of the Board since 2014. In 1991, Mr. Pratt co-founded
RFMD. He retired in 2008 as RFMD’s Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Pratt served as chairman of the board of
directors of RFMD from 1991 until 2002
RFMD eventually merged with Triquint semiconductor to become Qorvo(
$QRVO).
Ryan Pratt is William's son and before you go shouting nepotism, lets look at his background:
Ryan Pratt (age 44) is the founder of the Company and has served as its Chief Executive Officer and a
member of the Board since 2014. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Pratt served as Director of Engineering at
Skyworks Center from June 2008 to February 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Pratt served in
various roles at RF Micro Devices, Inc. (“RFMD”), a global company providing wireless communication
products, now named Qorvo, Inc.
So clearly he's no slouch himself.
