It also operates the Caldera Project, comprises Ag-Cu-Au-Sb metals exploration in the Pedernal district, Valparaiso Region, Chile. The company was formerly known as Prisma Exploration Inc. and changed its name to Grafton Resources Inc. in September 2025. Grafton Resources Inc. was incorporated in 2018 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
