CoreCivic has elected to redeem in full the 4.75% Senior Notes due 2027 that remain outstanding on August 12, 2026. This was an expected use of funds from the recently announced sale of two facilities to the Federal government. $GEO team, we have great news regarding the value of a sale from $CXW to DHS. The same will happen soon with $GEO assetts. ATM people speculate, why does the shareprice does not reflect this enough. Well, there are 2 main trading challenges. First you still have plenty of shorts out there. They try to save their ass. And then, we have so many open july 30$ calls. Every call seller doesn't want to lose their shares, because they know, they are worth a lot more. So my thoughts, nothing new, just to repeat. Buy shares, no options. Lean back and relax. Value always succeeds at the end, you just can't define the exact time for it. GL to all longs 🚀🚀💪💪🤑🤑

Did anybody use his calculator yet... $CXW sold 4500 beds for 1.5 billion $.... that is around 330.000$ per bed. $GEO owns 50.000 beds... if we take 300k$ per bed, $GEO has a real estate value of 15 billion$...that said, even if not all beds have the same value, the share can reach more than 100$ and is still covered by real value, without considering the service Business itself.... This is the moment to be long, nothing else. GL and have one, time to shift gears to next level.. 🚀🚀💯💯💪💪🤑🤑
