$CXW CoreCivic initiated with a Buy at Benchmark on multi-year growth opportunity As previously reported, Benchmark initiated coverage of CoreCivic with a Buy rating and $28 price target. As the largest non-government owner of correctional and detention facilities in the U.S. and the ICE opportunity and growing interest from states, CoreCivic may be positioned for multi-year growth, which could lead to a significant re-rating of the shares, the analyst tells investors.

$GEO team, another great day to add for the ones who missed the boat so far. I'm a happy shareholder with a decent amount of valuable shares. With 45$ NAV and a very profitable service model on top of that, we can wait for the take over offer for all or the sales of some needed assets. 38 bill.$ are ready to be used up and buying $GEO assets is a wise spend of taxpayer money. You can't build it cheaper, having so much real estate like $GEO and $CXW is the king. We are at 14$ share price, subtract that from the Nav and you have the minimum potential of unbelievable 31$ as win...without considering the profitable service Business. Enjoy the bullshit bashers, lean back and wait. Or hop in in time before take off🚀🚀 GL to all Shareholders who can read the numbers..🤑🤑

The GEO Group and CoreCivic shares fell after a Bloomberg report said U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement plans to sharply scale back its use of privately operated detention centers. According to the report, ICE intends to reduce its network from more than 200 facilities to just 34 government-owned sites, with most detainees currently held in centers managed by GEO or CoreCivic. The shift would replace the existing patchwork of local jails and private prisons with a centralized system of larger facilities—primarily industrial warehouses—owned by the Department of Homeland Security. Local officials in Social Circle, Georgia, said they were briefed this week by a DHS delegation that the plan envisions 34 core facilities. A person familiar with the proposal confirmed ICE will rely mainly on government-owned sites going forward, though private companies may still provide services such as healthcare and security. $GEO $CXW
