$CPWHF Today, November 18, 2025, I entered an initial position in this company. I’m really loving this Fuel Cell/Battery Space after Big Wins in $BE and $EOSE and I’m hoping I can hit it Big A Third Time For A Trifecta with $CPWHF. It definitely has the makings of it. Let’s see what the Future holds.

$CPWHF Doosan could use their SOFC fuel cells with Ceres technology to generate electricity from this hydrogen. The deal was signed in November 2025, just a few months after Doosan started mass production of fuel cells with Ceres technology in July. If this is the case, it would be massive news. https://fuelcellsworks.com/2025/11/17/green-investment/doosan-fuel-cell-signs-96-4-billion-deal-with-kepco-to-supply-hydrogen-power-over-20-year

$CPWHF On November 14, 2025, UBS analyst Christopher Leonard raised the price target for Ceres Power Holdings PLC (CWR:LN) from 350 pence to 570 pence (GBP 5.70). The reasons for this upgrade are rapidly increasing commercial demand for the company's technology, improved financial forecasts, and the successful transition to commercial production through partnerships. What's truly striking: UBS has increased the price target by a total of 375% since the end of October (120p → 570p)!

$CPWHF https://www.hydrogenfuelnews.com/hydrogen-fuel-cells-revolutionize-data-center-power-in-south-korea/8573872/ When I read at the end of the article that "the first pilot sites are due to fire up around Seoul in early 2026," one might think Doosan Fuel Cell's order books should already be overflowing in November or December. But the question is no longer whether SOFC works – that's long been proven. What matters is: Does this system configuration work for data centers with their extreme requirements (24/7 availability, high continuous loads, massive cooling needs)? For Ceres investors, this is particularly exciting since Ceres is the technology leader and Doosan remains the most important partner for commercialization.

$CPWHF SOFC technology provides an ideal solution for AI data centers. Bloom Energy is the established market leader here with over 1.2 gigawatts of installed capacity worldwide. Compared to Ceres, one could say: Bloom is the "Toyota", Ceres the "early-stage Tesla". Both systems are highly efficient and convert around 60-65% of fuel into electricity (conventional power plants achieve only 30-40%). The crucial difference: Bloom Energy cannot operate in SOEC mode and requires a separate electrolyzer for hydrogen production. Ceres, on the other hand, can switch to electrolysis mode during power surplus to produce hydrogen – and switch back to SOFC mode when power is needed to generate electricity from it. The system thus operates bidirectionally. Moreover, Ceres operates at significantly lower temperatures (450-630°C instead of 800-1,000°C for Bloom), which enables lower wear, longer lifespan, faster start-up and shut-down, as well as the use of more cost-effective materials.

$CPWHF Doosan Fuel Cell began mass production in July 2025 with the statement "Doosan Fuel Cell anticipates the sale of its first solid oxide fuel cell products will occur before the end of 2025." This means: First product sales before the end of 2025 - specifically in the November/December timeframe. Ceres was to receive license fees (royalties) per fuel cell sold by Doosan.

$CPWHF Particularly interesting is that China explicitly names "green hydrogen" as a growth area and is advancing the development of a new, flexible power system that can better integrate renewable energies. The white paper shows that China wants to become a world market leader in energy technologies - they already supply 70% of global wind turbines and 80% of solar modules. If Weichai successfully produces and scales with Ceres' technology in China, China could also aim for a leading role in fuel cells. For Ceres, licensing fees would then flow from a huge market. https://www.fuelcellchina.com/Industry_information_details/7412.html

$BE $FCEL $PLUG $BLDP $CPWHF $BE still has plenty of room to grow. But for those who want to diversify within the SOFC (solid oxide fuel cell) space, the clear second-best option is $CPWHF . They license their tech to major, well-established companies around the world. Just yesterday, they signed a deal with a major Chinese company. They’ve already secured big partnerships with South Korean and Taiwanese firms, and soon they’ll start collecting royalties — finally turning the corner toward profitability. 🔥

$CPWHF Many people may not realize how significant the partnership with Weichai really is – a state-owned Chinese power systems developer. China is a driving force and by far the largest application market for artificial intelligence worldwide. While the US still leads in fundamental research and cutting-edge technology, China dominates in widespread deployment, speed, and societal integration of AI. AI there is not a vision, but a national priority – with over 4,000 AI companies, billions in investments, and a clear goal: to become the global AI hub by 2030. For Ceres, this means: access to the world's largest AI market – with state backing. Particularly interesting is that Weichai, according to the press release, is specifically targeting AI data centers, where energy demand is exploding and efficient, sustainable solutions are critical.

$CPWHF Ceres Power has signed a contract with Weichai. Weichai is a massive Chinese corporation with over 100,000 employees and annual revenue of approximately $30 billion. The company will now build a new factory in China. While Bloom Energy sells its systems directly, Ceres licenses its technology to major manufacturing partners – Weichai in China, Doosan in Korea, Delta in Taiwan, and Denso in Japan. UBS and Goldman Sachs have raised their price targets and rated the stock as "Buy."
