$BHAT Right now the latest confirmed information is: • Trading will be suspended at the market open on March 16, 2026 (tomorrow).  • After the suspension, Nasdaq will file a Form 25 to remove the stock from the exchange.  • The company requested a hearing to appeal, but that does NOT stop the suspension.  🚨 Important: OTC status As of the latest filings: • BHAT has NOT yet been officially listed on OTC for tomorrow morning. • When stocks get suspended like this, the usual sequence is: 1. Nasdaq suspension (trading halted) 2. Ticker eventually appears on OTC Markets with a new symbol (often ending in F or PK, e.g., something like BHATF). 3. That process can take a few days to a couple weeks. There is already an OTC ticker reference “BHATF” used in some databases for the company, but that does not mean it will start trading OTC immediately tomorrow.

$BHAT It is down like 90% in one day event and 95% down in 4 days for suspension and coming off Nasdaq So expect vultures here on the other way - as company did a placing before split at .2 cents or $20 bucks effective after split!! So OTC crew will see massive value coming there way now to squeeze some juice out off. Like they did with dry ships.

$BHAT I have feeling this one might be like DRY SHIPS scenario that was suspended after placing on low low float - THEN buy backs kicked in and stock went up 1000% OTC Exchange. Luckily I went long on that one as it got suspended, but felt for the panic sellers and those were short. ??. OTC is an exchange and they love low floaters over there.

$BHAT OK. I was short as knew they would get suspension letter as they had been under .10 more than 10 days before they did the split 1:50 to $2. Many sold off so it paid off. I sold short Friday 13/03 too. Now I thought I didn't have to cover BUT been told I have to return borrowed sold stock and 3 days to do so. The timing of the split after 10 days is suspicious and I think as short I might have been had here. Also they did the placing before split! so wont be desperate for cash!!. I worried now having sold so low on tiny float.

$BHAT Hope...just hope it trades again in 1-2 months after regaining compliance. They received delist notice on Monday but didn't disclose till Friday after the market closed- volume wasn't huge but can't rule out some shares being dumped by pvt investors. China-cayman often do this and should have to anticipated. However, they do succeed "sometimes" in convincing sec. Still struggling to understand why they postponed rs implementation by one day (knowing they are being monitored) and took this big risk.
